American innovation is known all over the world but it got diluted due to successive politically correct administrations
Under the strong leadership of President Donald J Trump, USA has started rolling ahead again by addressing internal systemic issues created by past politically correct administrations. Obviously, the affected will cry because their hold on systems has weakened, to say the least. Nonetheless, USA is self-correcting itself to provide better opportunities for Americans. That is expected of any democratically elected government.
Due to the renewed focus on American exceptionalism, foreign trading partners of USA have become cautious to be trading partners of USA
Key achievements of Trump Administration have been:
- Stemming Corruption due to collusion between politicians and business
- Stopping unnecessary war expenditure
- Bringing the focus back to resolving Immigration quagmire
- Fiscal Correction of the American economy
- Building American industry after decades of Jobs outsourcing
- Building a roadmap of future world politics
Never before any Administration in the past looked at the USA so seriously and critically as Trump administration has. This renewed focus will reap rich rewards for American next generation in terms of Skills, Money and a reaffirmed economic powerhouse stature in World politics. American innovation is known all over the world but it got diluted due to successive politically correct administrations. When a nation loses pride, it ultimately leads to the dismantling of any nation. Trump administration has restored that pride in American people. Outsourcing as an experiment of USA based industries brought rich dividends to corporations but took away American pride and skills. The world benefitted in terms of Jobs, Skills and economy at the cost of American citizens. Outsourcing did help American industries and tax revenues but it deprived American citizens of jobs and pride.
Last successive administrations never seriously tried to take bold policy initiatives because vested interests were too much deep rooted into the system. This is the first time a US administration has taken bold initiatives to address systemic issues. This will ensure American Innovation enterprise to grow for a long time to come.
Key benefits to American people today can be summarized as:
- Local industry growth
- Renewed pride in American innovation
Due to the renewed focus on American exceptionalism, foreign trading partners of USA have become cautious to be trading partners of USA. Because foreign relationships cannot be always businesslike. A larger economic initiative drives foreign relations. Indian philosophy of Arthashastra combines Economics, politics and Social well-being together is an ideal way of achieving well-being for all. Trump administration’s policy of trade surplus can only be a partial cog of the wheel of broader foreign policy. Leading Indian economist Dr Subramanian Swamy, a great well wisher of America, understands the balancing act of international relations. International relations cannot be guided by trade surplus only. Because if someone tries to have a trade surplus then the other party will have a trade deficit, which will automatically create a friction. But if Trade, Bilateral Relations, Broader Economic Relations, Military strength, Education and Social Economic Justice be tied together, then it becomes a win-win policy for Trump Administration. India has the wisdom and skills because they are guided by the ancient Indian treatise of Arthashastra which teaches that balance.
Key Foreign Policy areas where Trump Administration can improve:
- Create a country specific foreign policy
- Create a balanced win-win opportunity for allies such as China and India
- Remove exploitative policies
Overall, I feel that Trump Administration has achieved more and faster in the short duration than any other US administration has ever achieved. But things can be further improved.

Good one exploring Opportunities. Would have been better if some threats were also explored. There are many significant developments. US Department of Defense amended the mission statement of the US military from a ‘deter war’ stance to a ‘sustain American influence abroad’. US withdrawl from Iran Nuclear deal does not bode well either. US military spending has been bumped up by $100 Billion for 2018, and US is pressuring NATO members also to spend more. Unlike the author’s assumptions, neither US deep state, nor Trump believe in win-win. And, US so far had no allies, only vassals – you cannot say NO to US.
Very bad on data and more on emotion and perception. This article is more like a FB post. Please oil your skills as a journalist for Pgurus. I could not see even a single data point to support the POV.
