It was the well known France war against Islamists (the Battle of Tours in 732) that stopped the conquest of Islam in what is now Europe, otherwise, Europe will be totally different than it is today.
It will help Modi Ji clearly explain the nation in simple words on what evils the current situation caused, how much the country is spending and why it is in the best interest of Kashmiris and all Indians that Article 35A has to go.
Today Modi Ji presents a unique opportunity in the history of India to right the wrongs of 70 years of mostly Nehru family that blundered in many ways stunting the growth of nation which has an inbuilt genius to become a Superpower. Even after 70 years, we are left with a nation where 500 million living in a mass pool of poverty in inhumane slums, the nation that was prosperous for millennia now housing 1/3 rd of world’s poor and every second child is malnourished. One man is dreaming, dreaming big to turn this around, racing with time and making great strides in progressing the country with non-stop work. But there are certain markers that will forever change the history and the current point in history provides such an opportunity. It has the potential to be tremendously helpful with 2019 elections once a proper case with simple data is made to all Indians.
Jammu and Kashmir are literally bleeding the nation, not just sacrificing its soldiers but also enormously hogging away the economy of the nation at the cost of other states impoverishing millions more, with little to show in return. How long will this continue and the more it is delayed, the more we prolong the suffering? It will help Modi Ji clearly explain the nation in simple words on what evils the current situation caused, how much the country is spending and why it is in the best interest of Kashmiris and all Indians that Article 35A has to go. Detractors are plenty, just as dogs will always bark and that should not decide the course of history.

The collection of articles below highlight the enormity of the economic impact of J&K on rest of India:
1) 10% of Central funds are allocated to J&K with only 1% of the population. Uttar Pradesh on contrast with 13% population gets only 8.2% of Central funds[1].
2) A J&K resident (from 2000-2016) was given an average of Rs 91,300 per person whereas a resident of UP got Rs 4,300/- per person[2].
3) While there are also 10 other states in a special category (North Eastern for example), J&K gets 25% of funds disbursed!
4) Just in the Fiscal year 2016, central grants constituted 54% of State revenue and 44% of State expenditure. J&K simply cannot sustain without the Center’s support.
5) According to CAG, there are serious financial irregularities in the state. The report has an entire sub-heads titled ‘errors in budgeting process’ and ‘unrealistic forecasting of resources’.
Now compare with what Article 35A and Article 370 does? It literally creates a ‘class within a class’ of Indian Citizens and against the very spirit of oneness of India, as one article reported.
1) J&K residents can go to anywhere in India and buy properties but Indians from the rest of India cannot buy an inch of property in J&K
2) If J&K woman marries outside then their children are no longer J&K residents.
3) It was incorporated into constitution at the behest of Nehru, by order of President Babu Rajendra Prasad in 1954 and not through Parliament route. A temporary provision article (370) creating a permanent amendment such as Article 35A into constitution without Parliament approval!!

If 35A and 370 is declared void, can it bring down the cost for India? Certainly yes, as it will open the economy for J&K and creates more employment for youth there. Way to go for Modi Govt before 2019 model code of conduct.
Declare India a Hindu nation and all are small issue to solve .
Hindu one billion plus with no nation has no future . After partition we have 1000 plus mini pakistan in india .
Muslims of india don’t love india. Rather all local converts one in each nation hate own roots and own nations.
In last 10 yrs after converting to islam 100 % all middles east nations are on death bed.

It’s true that J&K gets 10% of Central funds with only 1% of population. Out of this 90% of funds used to go to much pampered KASHMIR alone having 11% landmass!! Jammu and Ladakh left with poor funds but terrorists started to swallow both provinces slowly.
During May 2014 Modi-Shah lead BJP was given a handsome mandate with 282 LS Seats and subsequently winning ten States to set right 65 years of “rotten system peppered with 10 years of Maum/UPA Mega scams”.
Votes expectations were the most within five years. It’s not possible. Ministry making is PMs prerogative.PM Modi kept out half a dozen talented ones outside the government and for name sake formed a “marga-darshak-mandal” not even once met, I guess!!
Rotten System in a complex Country, includes JK issue, Ayodhya,Reservations,NE states unrest,Scams and Mega corruption, Dynasty corruption, none of the crooks went to jail, bad judiciary,jobless growth, misleading media, very slow developmental activities,internal and external shaky scenario………………….to name a few.
For instance, in 2014/15 had PM formed Group of Ministers with ace advisors available in this country to solve JK issue by now results would have been too good.Due to his 64% popularity seniors in his party would not have questioned him or became more popular than him!
It’s not too late with Presidential Order on 370/35A can be sent out of the window let “deluge” of legal proceedings taken up after elections. After elections Ayodhya “unites” all of us.
More than surgical strikes, equality for all states is important for a better future for all the citizens across India..

This is the right moment to abrogate 35A and 370. If necessary a special session of Parliamnet should be called to strike out 35A and 370. If the opposition as a whole does not support it the opposition will stand exposed. Why is Modi hesitating.
Demand to repeal Art 370 and 35A has become a cry in wilderness. The party committed to remove these Articles is in power with full powers vested in them but not doing. It appears in the country like us patriots are to suffer and traitors are to enjoy, Very sad indeed.
