Coomi Kapoor writes in her column in “the Indian express” – “seeing Subramanian Swamy sits quietly in the courtroom during the proceeding of Ayodhya case, Rajeev Dhawan demanded that the judges ask Subramanian Swamy to leave the court as he neither represents the case nor is a lawyer.”
During the proceedings of the Ayodhya case, Rajiv Dhawan, the lawyer representing the Muslims or Sunni Wakf Board got angry at the sight Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy. During the course of the proceedings in the matter of Ram Jamnabhoomi by a bench of judges under Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Swamy was seen sitting in the front row. In her article in the Indian express senior journalist, Coomi Kapoor wrote that the moment Rajiv Dhawan saw Swamy he got angry and asked Swamy to vacate the seat. His argument was, Swamy neither represents any party involved in the case nor is a lawyer. Therefore, he should not be permitted to sit in the courtroom.

CJ rightly points out that if one has to sit in RS he has to be elected to that place. If one has to be in Court no such requirement except interested in the case like any one else. Possibly Dhawan is afraid that Dr. Swamy will notice some lacunae in him while directly viewing him in Court.
So what did the court decide.Dr swamy. Being a Hindu,he has all rights to attend the court,as the case is pertaining to Lord Ramas Temple in ayodhya.
My question is when Babur destroyed Ram Mandir what exactly Sir Sri Ramchandra was doing? Why the all powerful God Mr Ram couldn’t prevent the destruction of his own Mandir?
