Beware of the Unflushables

Published by

Aroon Purie has admitted on camera that he did the Television Rating Points (TRP) scam [1].

Param Bir Singh has been caught lying on camera[2].

Will that change anything for them?

Nothing, nothing at all.

In a western country, careers of both would have ended then and there.

Because in India, स्वाभिमान and आत्म सम्मान have long lost the sense for the Lootian ruling elite. They can loot, they can be caught lying, looting, they can be caught sleeping on the bags of currency note, still, they will continue to attend parties, to have vacations, to fight and win elections, with case dragging and dragging on in some remote court.

Because we are indifferent. Because when we run into them at the airports, we drool over them for a selfie, instead of looking at them in contempt. We vote for them. Because they promise to waive our loans which we should not have taken in the first place, and if taken, should have repaid.

Because we have become too stupid to realise the implications of looters and liars and thugs ruling us, implications for us, for our children, for our daughters.

And no, it is not about the farmers in some remote state. Delhi voted for a serial liar, Kejriwal, twice.

Why is India being naive?

Because people are not taking seriously enough the value of their vote. Someone gave free water and electricity for three months, therefore vote for them. It is a different matter that the bills have increased once the said person/ party came back to power. And the party’s hands are covered in blood in the riots that ensued. Do not vote with a near term view. Critically appraise the candidates and the parties and then cast your vote for the least corrupt, least offensive, and the most patriotic party. Do this for each and every election. Do it today. Do it now.

NDTV Frauds, by Shri Iyer, best book. So what, not proved in court, hence innocent.

There were 2G, CWC, NH scams. So what, not proved in court, hence no scam occurred.

300 Telephone connections by Marian businesses. So what, he is proved not guilty legally.

This is how Indian system works, where no crimes occur except rapes.

  • "We have become too stupid to realise the implications of looters and liars and thugs ruling us"

I won't say stupid, naive might be a better choice of words.

I000 years of Islam then European imperialism would do that. But we are getting better.

Did you see the videos on YouTube of mission kaali? That kind of thing was going on for centuries. We are now talking about it.
