Income Tax Commissioner S K Srivastava’s accusation

NDTV frauds Whistleblower Income Tax Commissioner S K Srivastava alleged that the former Finance Minister P Chidambaram is a big fraudster and laundered bribe money of more than Rs.6000 crores through the television channel NDTV. Hoping that the law will soon catch Chidambaram for laundering money through NDTV in connivance with the TV channel owner Prannoy Roy, Srivastava said that he will continue his battle till the justice is delivered in this matter.

Speaking at the function, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava narrated how Chidambaram tried to hunt him from 2006 onwards…

Srivastava was addressing the ‘NDTV Frauds’ book launch function in Chidambaram’s home town of Karaikudi along with the publisher S Ranganaathan of Rare Books. The function was held on April 17 and Chidambaram called local administration to block the function claiming that this was a violation of the Model Code of Conduct during an election when his co-accused son Karti was contesting from the same town. The officials told Chidambaram the function is related to the book launch and if any complaint he has he should give it in writing. However, Chidambaram did not file any complaint and Srivastava and the publisher also told the officials that they were only engaged in the release of the book.

Speaking at the function, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava narrated how Chidambaram tried to hunt him from 2006 onwards after he found the tax frauds and money laundering by NDTV. The Income Tax Commissioner told the media and gathering that Chidambaram even engineered a sexual abuse case on him through two IRS lady officers.

    • Not only that There are many accused languishing in jails for years without trial because judges have no time.But the same judges open the court at midnight to hear the bail applications of this die hard and hard core looters and criminals.What a shame ? The rope is not just long but expecting Congress government to come back to save PC and his family

  5. It was reported that P.Chidambaram today got “bail” for 25th consecutive time!
    HC/SC legal Registry and Bar Council seem to be in his pocket along with PCs equally notorious friends Sibal and Singhvi superb support. It has became an “adda” for the said crooks to glued 24/7/365 days to get away everything.

    Nehru-Gandhi entire dynasty is an international racketeers on global scale and foreign bank accounts fraudsters.

    For nearly “low percentage of voting” in the country for 65 years suited and comforted above said crooks.

    Servile Bureaucracy did their best to serve all crooks for 65 years and partially under NDA govt from 2014 to 2019.Certain BJP fellows are not saints! In 2014 July we were expecting a “white paper” on the state of Indian economy.

    PC’s son KC was granted bail to tour few European countries to “watch tennis tournaments”, it is possible that by the time KC returns (and RaGa goes to Europe to cool his himself for a week after last leg of elections) KC may demand two months extension for his “bail” to watch ICC Cricket trophy…..starting on 31st May 2019…..Father and Son can bring down stock market.

    Even after demonetisation black money in newly printed notes also have been circulating during this elections.Hats off to the IT department for catching crooks using many tricks up their sleeves.

    With due respect to above post and Book release function , publishers and authors, we buy these books and read them as novels /story books/ chandamama comics/ kadambari and look above and pray Almighty God to help honest people and save this ancient country, save temples and seven holy rivers following Sanatana Dharma coupled with Truthfulness!!

All you need is powerful lawyers(turn-tongues), there you could be loitering around freely. Only if PC and his family is in like the Railways on train cash safes of good old days one could believe Indian Laws have teeth. Otherwise in this country, laws are in favor of perpetrators of all sorts of crimes than victims!

  7. It is Delhi court and its judge Saini who is postponing the arrest of PC and his son in the aircel Maxis case.It is the same judge who gave clean chit to Kanimozhi and A.Raja in the 2G scam.Dhal mein kuch Kala hai

  9. There is no point in talking about these matters. Till date no court has heard the charges(if they have been framed). And on an average no case is settled in 10 years. Appeals and bail are other factors. Looks likely that the accused could be dead before any convictions.

  11. I doubt whether NDA is really interested in bringing the culprits to book and expedite cases to logical conclusion! They have let go many offenders and in some matters weakened cases . Modi ji may be honest but his machinery is loyal to erstwhile government,and some of his colleagues may also be helpful to PC and KC , internally !

  12. Initially there was a booked called accidental prime minister targetting Man Mohan singh and now the another one for chidambaram. If it is true he should be punished, but if it is not the sources of funding of the book should be investigated before reaching at the conclusion. As the environment is such that if someone raises questions about opposition is promoted or given a position as a reward even it is wrongly blamed. Presently it is very difficult to distinguish who is right and who is wrong?

However nobody (including those in power) seem to have any power to take any action on these high and mighty. If it was a common man who is merely *accused* of a petty theft, then he would be dragged to the Police Station and thrashed black and blue. Everywhere the common man has to face Harassment. The Judiciary itself seems to be easy going on beneficiaries of Mega Scams. Oh Woe! Different Laws for Different People is the Norm in Free India! Shame!

  19. Honestly srivasta ji making complaints against PC & KC, these two only would not had done without help of other officials and secretaries through those department. He should bring the whole gang along with this two to substantiate his claim.

  20. Admire the guts of Mr. Srivastava in exposing PC. It has been more than 2 years since the case came out. But the chances of PC being punished for his crimes is remote given the generosity of our courts.

  21. We are sick, tired and it is NAUSEATING to read articles of this nature over the last five years. Prannoy Roy along with his retinue is going gleefully maiming and taunting the BJP folks while another recent news column reads Karti has been cleared recently by the SC CJI, R. Gogoi, to go to several destinations in Europe to help him do money transfers, place new benamis and do the “FIXING” in person. In short, PC Gang has the full control of Registry that administers Delhi HC and SC operations. The Tall Talker Mr. Arun Jaitley is always ready to play his dirty drums for Modi’s empty-election campaign rhetorics but would never utter a word as to what steps he would take at the Finance Ministry level to bring his pal, PC and his prodigal son KC, to books. They are going SCOT Free for Ever as India Simply Stinks like a SKUNK be it BJP-NDA or Congress-UPA rule. Weak and Corrupt Netas, Bureaucrats, Lawyers/Judges who fail India from the TOP to down Aam Admi.

    • I seemed PC and partners form A big powerful group who cannot be brought to book with our existing set up and law. They have to be knocked down by military like setup with no government influence, if God and karma is real he will take care of these guys

  23. I’ve been reading these things for a while. In some other country C and K would be in jail serving a long time. Are we waiting for a change of guard in the Judiciary before serious case is filed, knowing that the current judges will let them go with a slap on the wrists? I don’t know but the readings don’t give much comfort to law abiding citizens. At least not now.

  24. Kudos to this Income Tax Officer SK Srivastava for taking on the crooked Chidambaram and corrupt TV channel NDTV. Govt should protect these officers
