Dr Swamy’s latest calling attention on the bizarre FIR for murder against the Indian army is a case in point.
It calls for guts to move a calling attention motion in Parliament which could embarrass one’s own party. But then for the irrepressible Dr Subramanian Swamy, the nation ALWAYS comes first. If he has crossed swords with the high and mighty both within and outside his party during his political career spanning over four decades it is only because of his deep love for Bharat. Politically he has paid a heavy price for speaking as per the dictates of his conscience. But then Dr Swamy has entered public life only to make India a great nation.
Dr Swamy is perhaps the only leader to openly come against Mehbooba Mufti and Nirmala Seetharaman.
This is the reason why he has often displayed raw courage in the national interest.
His latest calling attention on the bizarre FIR for murder against the Indian army is a case in point.
Dr Swamy is rightly outraged by this FIR which was filed by the PDP-BJP coalition government in Srinagar with the full concurrence. Dr Swamy is rightly outraged by the FIR against army men by pro-Pakistan. He is even more outraged by the fact that defense minister Nirmala Seetharaman, who belongs to his party, has acquiesced in the FIR issue.
He is understandably angry that Nirmala Seetharaman is maintaining a studied silence on an issue which can demoralize the armed forces.
Dr Swamy is perhaps the only leader to openly come against Mehbooba Mufti and Nirmala Seetharaman.
But then Dr Swamy has always been a gutsy leader the like of which is a rarity in contemporary Indian politics.

DEFINITELY DR SWAMY IS THE ONLY POLITICIAN IN THIS COUNTRY, WHO FIGHTS AGAINST CORRUPT AND POWRRFUL POLITICINS WITHOUT ANY FEAR IN THIS COUNTRY.
HE IS THE ONLY HOPE FOR THIS COUNTRY THAT THE CORRUPT WILL BE TAKEN FOR A TASK.. HE IS A GREAT PATRIOT..
Very true. If only he had compromised a little he would have held higher positions in various governments. His steadfast committment to truth, constitution and protecting country’s interest is remarkable and he has contributed much more than most others from outside the government. It is a shame that the country’s political system has not used Dr.swamys skill and talent fully to the betterment of the country

Hence does NOT want to empower Sri.Subramaniam Svamy.
On second thoughts it is no loss for Svamy. By not joining any political party one can accomplish a lot. By joining bjp or congress one ends up playing second fiddle & pandering to the obese egos of various ministers.
