D P Kar demands probe against A B Pandey
Former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax D P Kar has petitioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi for ordering a probe against recently retired Revenue Secretary A B Pandey for his alleged involvement with Infosys and dubiously granting many big tenders for the flopped network of GST and new Income Tax portal. In a detailed six-page complaint which is marked to CBI, ED, Finance Ministry, retired Chief Income Tax Commissioner accused that A B Pandey in collusion with Infosys Chairman Nandan Nilekani had embezzled around Rs.10,000 crore and most of the contracts awarded to Infosys were without tenders, violating General Financial Rules.
Indian Revenue Service (IRS) 1973 Batch officer D P Kar was VHP’s (Vishva Hindu Parishad) Odisha State President too after retiring from service in 2009. Kar accused that Pandey who earlier worked in the Aadhar Project of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIAI) was the point-person of Nilekani in government[1]. He alleged that Pandey and his wife Namita Sahay are shareholders of Infosys when the contracts of GSTN (contract of Rs.1380 crore) and new Income Tax Portal (Rs.4242 crore) were given to Infosys. Namita Sahay and his son are residing in the USA for a long time and are business associates of Infosys and Nandan Nilekani in his off-shore ventures in the USA and Europe alleged D P Kar in his detailed petition to the Prime Minister and various agencies seeking probe on the “nefarious” activities of former Revenue Secretary A B Pandey. The petition also alleges that former Revenue Secretary A B Pandey operates thru benamis such as Ravi Prakash and others like Abhay Kumar and Raman Pandey. Former Chief Income Tax Commissioner D P Kar alleged that former Revenue Secretary AB Pandey was extorting money through these benamis. He said that many investigations of Income Tax and Enforcement Directorate were sabotaged by A B Pandey after taking huge bribes from the accused during his tenure as Revenue Secretary.
D P Kar also accused that A B Pandey hushed up the infamous Bihar Muzaffarpur Shelter Home child abuse case, where the High Court had ordered the probe on the Income Tax angle violations also.[2]

Nandan Nilekhani is just a tool. The real mover is NRN Murthy. Investigate this man and his source of influence, his son in law Sunak etc.
If one does not go to the roots of the problem, one’e efforts will not even make a dent.
Why was this complaint not raised immediately after the issue of the contract? Can an officer issue a contract without tendering, without the approval from Finance Minister / Cabinet approval / Prime Minister?
Ajay Bhushan Pandey & P C Mody were accused by a dismissed/removed Income tax official on PGurus channel and he also registered some complaints with the Government.
Why did Government ignore then?
Former Revenue Secretary AB Pandey is the executor of Nandan Nilekeni in Govt. Pandey’s wife and son are parked in USA for a long time. Retired Pandey should not be allowed to cross India and Govt must probe his dubious deals. Modi Govt must book Infosys for fooling on GST and Income Tax shit portals.
