Madarasa Niswam Isha Atul Islam – An Urdu and Arabic Development Society also known as Heera Islamic university was an illegal construction built in a disputed land 12 kilometres from Govindaraja Swamy Temple in Tirupathi. Yesterday there was a complaint made by Tumma Omkar and Radha Manohar Das to MRO and VRO of the Thondavada Village about the encroachments of the said Madarasa/ University. MRO, VRO responded immediately and removed the encroachments outside the disputed building.
Heera Islamic University was given permission by the authorities to construct 1+1 floors but they illegally constructed 7 (1+6) floors. As per Hindu Aagama Sastra, there should not be any other 7 floors construction within the radius of 15 kilometers from the Govinda Raja Swamy Temple gopuram, and hence no permission was given by the authorities by respecting that. But Heera group managed to disrespect Hindu beliefs intentionally. The land at which this university was built allegedly belongs to a temple built by the grandson of Annamayya named Thimmappa temple. There were allegations that Heera Islamic university also encroached Swarnamukhi river land. There are many Sasanas (scriptures) available in Tirumala about Thimmappa temple lands, which were translated by Sadhu Subramanya Sastry, an employee of TTD who passed away. This university (subsequently the name changed to madrasa) was given permission by the previous CM of United Andhra Pradesh Mr. YS RajaSekhar Reddy and till the present day, it is being supported by local leaders of YSR Congress party.
Rs. 84 lakhs of Hawala money seized by a task force which is said to belong to Heera Group
After a huge cry across India for letting this university built near Tirupathi a famous Hindu holy place, several Hindu organisations did a massive protest. Due to the pressure from the Hindu community in 2013, the District collector of Chittoor issued a demolition order citing the violations happened in constructing 5 floors that were partially built, but the order was not executed. Some local people with the help of Tirumala Tirupathi Samrakshana Samithi filed a case in AP High Court challenging the construction of Heera University. While the case was in the court the university went on with their construction and completed 7 floors, and the villagers again approached the authorities with the proof that the university building was constructed illegally, the authorities confirmed them that the proof submitted by them could constitute towards contempt of court and asked the villagers to file a contempt of court. Villagers are very scared to file the contempt as Ms. Nowheera may cause them any sort of harm. Now Ms. Nowheera Sheik, Owner of the Islamic University started gold and diamond business in Tirupathi and is spreading her empire in Tirupathi. She even started a political party in 2017 to empower women.
A few years ago Ms. Nowheera Sheikh used to maintain a small Madarasa in Mitta Veedhi, Tirupathi, but today she owns business and properties worth several thousands of crores. There was an FIR registered by Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi of AIMIM Party against Ms. Nowheera Sheikh. In the year 2014, Rs. 84 lakhs of Hawala money seized by a task force which is said to belong to Heera Group.

It is not possible to earn this much amount of money through normal means for any common person, with the above information it is evident that Heera Group is getting money from abroad. There are around 6000 Rohingyas living in Vijayawada, it seems Ms. Nowheera wants to shelter Rohingyas in Tirupathi, which would be a catastrophe for the famous Hindu religious pace. It seems this court case is actually working in favour of Ms. Nowheera, as the authorities are not taking any action citing the court case. the Heera Group is growing stronger every day with their illegal money. It is claimed by the Ms. Nowheera herself that this University is for orphan Muslim girls if so no one knows where these girls are coming from and what happens to these girls once they finish their schooling. And there seems to be no government monitoring and or record of those girls who are coming and leaving the university. There are allegations that the Heeramart is built on a land belongs to one of the Mathas and some individuals involved in the national political party are behind this land scam.
As per Hindu Agama Sastra, there should not be any other construction within the radius of 15 kilometers from the Govinda Raja Swamy Temple, and hence no permission was given by the authorities by respecting that. But Heera group managed to disrespect Hindu believes intentionally.

It is not just this Temple. I heard the Jalakandesvarar Temple in Vellore of Lord Ssiva had many muslims remove our Consecrated SsivaLingam ”throwing” The Lord inside some river. With the tacit approval of Tamil Nadu scumballs called politicians ( dmk whose allies are muslim league , dk , communists , congress) .
It was Kaanchi SEER ( Sri.Jayendhra Sarasvathi who attained Vidheha Mukthi recently) who singlehandedly went , retrieved & installed The SsivaLingam.
And that various muslims etc as a mob were screaming & threatening through & through.
AFTER His Videha Mukthi various muslims came up with faux praises / condolences / tributes.
Today it is the same muslims who are behaving as though they are the aggrieved ones over one babri masjid demolition.
Islam does NOT belong to Bharath. Ditto for christianity. Both are INIMICAL to Hindus.
