The United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) on Tuesday filed a totally illegal petition against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in the Supreme Court of India. The UNHRC currently headed by former Chile President Ms. Michelle Bachelet (68) is an outright Communist. She was the leader of the Socialist Party of Chile and was the President of Chile during the period 2014-2018 and was ruthless in attacking and framing many political opponents violating all human rights norms. Alas, now she is the head of UNHRC. Before her, a Saudi Arabian was the leader of UNHRC. Saudi Arabia and Human Rights??? You may fall off your Chair.

The Socialist Party of Chile is founded by iconic Communist leader Allende. India’s CPI headed by D Raja and CPI(M) headed by Sitaram Yechury is part of the Socialist Party of Chile in International Communist Networks. There is no doubt and need for superhuman intelligence to understand that Indian Comrades are misusing the services of their Comrade Michelle Bachelet from Chile.

Indian Communists were earlier caught with liaisoning with the US-based Communist network to ban a visa to Prime Minister Narendra Modi when he was the Gujarat Chief Minister. The Communist leaders even signed a memorandum to the US President Obama in this regard.

Now the UNHRC head Michelle Bachelet has done a blatant violation by illegally filing a petition in the Supreme Court of India against CAA. We hope the Government of India will take her to task and raise Michelle Bachelet’s misuse of office with the United Nations.

  1. What else can we expect from the Commies. They are insignificant politically pan India and are playing mischief like these and probably will do in future thinking that it is a way to stay relevant. PGurus should share the details with GOI. To my mind it is insulting Indian sovereignty and is as serious as sedition.

  2. Whether the Commie CPI Thirudi RAJA vacated his official residence provided by GoI as Rajya Sabha MP, which was the alms given to him, by courtesy the then CM of TN J Jayalalitha and the tenure got over somewhere in July 2019. Otherwise NECK HIM out of Govt accomodation. He & Sitaram Yechury are down right ANTI NATIONAL THIRD RATE ROGUES / MAFIAS / GOONDAAs roaming around as Politicians.

  3. Communists world over seem to have found their new ally in Islam.Everywhere they appear hand in gloves with Jihadis. This UNHRC has been at Hindu bashing since long.Time to show them their place.

  4. Any commoner who have read CAA would know what UN’s claim is absolute non-sense. Besides it is absolute insanity to think that they can dictate a sovereign country whom it should give citizenship. Yet, they are smarting that they can lawyer their way to discredit CAA / India (it wouldn’t be surprising if there is an anti-India lobby behind it) and win their ideological battle. Make no mistake about this – this is not about human rights. These UN featherweights, punching above their weight, need a reality check – SC should immediately reject any petition if filed as well as reprimand them for they have shown no respect for Indian democratic institutions and Indian people’s sovereignty. GOI should go beyond diplomatic language – this is a well-planned ideological aggression against India and so should it be called out. India should not have paid her dues to these megalomaniacs and should rally her allies to show them their place.

  5. These communists and their patrons do not believe in the idea of a nation state and owe allegiance to their masters either erstwhile Russia or currently China just like their Muslim brotherhood who believe in Islamic unity above all identity. That is why Left-Jihadi combination is a potent disruptor across the democratic world but is a wilful collaborator of worst human rights suppression in the so called communist countries and Islamic states. Hence it is no surprise that they would invite a highly biased organisation like UNHRC represented by worst human rights violating states like China, Pakistan, Sudan, Libya, Chile, Venezuela etc to malign the image of their own country in front of the world community and put the sovereignty of Indian Parliament at stake. They never believed India as their mother land and hence have no qualms in destroying it physically or ideologically.

  6. UNHRC has got a tainted reputation in itself. It had lost it when it had relevance when it voted Faisal bin Hassan Trad, the Saudi Arabia’s ambassador as its elected Chair of the UNHRC Advisory Committee.

The UN Watch executive director Hillel Neuer said: “It is scandalous that the UN chose a country that has beheaded more people this year [2015] than ISIS to be head of a key human rights panel. Petro-dollars and politics have trumped human rights.” Saudi Arabia also shut down criticism, during the UN meeting.[140] In January 2016, Saudi Arabia executed the prominent Shia cleric Sheikh Nimr who had called for free elections in Saudi Arabia.

In September 2017, US President Donald Trump said that ‘it is an “embarrassment” that there are countries on the UN human rights panel that have themselves committed atrocities’, but not naming any particular country.

Thus with this act of UNHRC approaching the Supreme Court, they have further lost their significance as a neutral body. India should boycott this UNHRC and also approach other friendly countries like Israel to do so though its diplomatic channels.

  8. We should do what Trump did and quit the UNHRC! Let that Organization collapse. Like the erstwhile League of Nations, the UN today has lost all legitimacy. We can instead have strong bilateral relations with individual countries. No need to pander to the UNHRC. Leave the damn organization! It has become a sham!

    • I agree that India should quit this farcical UNHRC immediately. In any case, the UN itself is a defunct organisation run by vested interest groups. Besides, who is this President of UNHRC to interfere in our internal matters? It would be interesting to find out who all in India have fuelled this move.Hope the PGURUS will do a story on that.
