  1. Does this not happen in companies all the time. Only an aggrieved share holder can cry, but he too has no remedy being a minor share holder. Swamy and his cohorts again throwing mud, of which they know is not going to stick. Just creating public perception.

  2. Thanks for explaining in a simple language to common man. However, nothing is new in it. People who are responsible to take actions on such scams know this long but no actions.
    India law is same for everyone but process of execution differs

  3. Stick to basic facts and the Indian laws that they clearly transgressed referencing the exact section /subsection.
    Do not fall into the trap of congress lawyers of digressing the matter and trying to address that.
    90 crore loan by a political party sold for 50 lacs to a private company which in turn using for commercial gain is sufficient enough.
