CM Devendra Fadnavis has told the media that Lord Ganesh does not need DJ and Dolby. Wow!! Thanks for enlightening we ignorant Hindus Sir. Very good research indeed. But for your kind information neither does the Holy Koran ask Muslims to use loudspeakers !!

Ganesh Chaturthi is once a year Sir. But “azan” is called out on loudspeakers five times a day from every mosque. That makes it 1825 times a year from each mosque Mr Fadnavis. And Sir…for your kind information, many of them are unauthorized. For example, out of the six masjids in Chembur three do not have police permission. This information was given to me by the Chembur police in reply to my RTI query.

But are only Hindus creating decibel pollution?? Wonder if you will have the guts to control sound pollution caused by mosques. Just visit Shastri Nagar in Goregaon (West) and you will know what I am talking about. But I don’t expect much from you. After all, you are the one who did not go to perform pooja on Ashadi Ekadashi at Pandharpur this year under some flimsy pretext.
Your govt does not register FIRs when Hindu deities are ridiculed and insulted. Salman Khan can insult Navratri by calling his film “Loveratri” and no action from your esteemed govt. Police are unwilling to register my FIR against Sallu. The film is being released on the eve of Navratri. And your govt had banned pictures of Gods and Goddesses in govt offices. It is now arresting Hindus on terror charges without incontrovertible evidence. Your govt demolishes Hindu temples with alacrity. If a structure is illegal it has to be demolished. But why this law does not apply to masjids?? Article 14 talks of equality before the law. But do laws apply only to Hindus…Sir?? Will you please remove the heavy encroachment on roads and footpaths in central Mumbai? Will you please enquire how a religious organization, the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT), was handed over acres of land in Bhendi Bazar for cluster development without even the pretense of a tender by the erstwhile Congress govt?

The CM is beyond his brief. He has failed to tame the BMC. How about getting back to work and deliver for what you are elected. Prove your ability by just showing any continuous length of 500m road in the city of Bombay free of potholes and water stagnation. By the way it appears the CM’s interest in Bappa Morya is not as much as no album has been launched on the theme by his better half..
A PIL must be filed as an act of deliberate interference affecting right to worship and chant and discriminating in the name of religion.. Our leaders need to be shown the fact that they cannot take Hindus for granted..
I would love Amit Shah and Modi to summon the CM for a quick spanking session in private if not public.. Is Mr Shah listening? or the din of the loudspeakers from the evening azan makes it too hard for him too.. 2019…..
The first time I liked was he was taking a Ganesh idol in procession…that was before his chief minister post.
