[dropcap color=”#008040″ boxed=”yes” boxed_radius=”8px” class=”” id=””]T[/dropcap]he official spokesperson said on Wednesday that, the Haryana government has launched an online service for redressal of grievances and one-time dispute settlement mechanism for long-pending issues related to industries.
The service was launched in a press conference here on ‘Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit’ by Haryana’s Chief Minister Manohar Lal, it is scheduled to be held in Gurgaon on March 7 and 8.
Industries Department Principal Secretary Devender Singh said a three-tier system at the district, state apex levels has been set up and they also aim to make the process a easier, effective and speed up the online grievances redress system for existing industrial units.
The government has decided to make the grievance redress system functional through e-biz portal i.e www.investharyana.nic.in.
The industrial units will register and submit their grievances on the portal which will be resolved at the district level by a committee led by deputy commissioner within prescribed time limit, at the state level by a panel headed by Principal Secretary, Industries.
