Namaste. While your articulation and erudition in the parliament against Congress lies is excellent, it is bizarre that at the same time your finance ministry issued circular to save the Gandhi family from tax evasion in National Herald case. There are many such cases being reported over the last 4 years that finance ministry is basically protecting the congress crooks. Who is heading the finance ministry, you or Chidambaram? Are you protecting them or in reality perhaps protecting deeds of your own family members or something else? Is there what one activist said, ‘a Mexican Standoff‘ where Chidambaram threatens to expose you if you expose him? The country needs to know what the hell is going on. One can fool some people all the time, all people some of the time, but you cannot fool all people all the time.
You are a finance minister of the nation, you have a responsibility for the financial well-being of every Indian, or at least make every effort their financial security is protected.
Narendra Modi-Ji said in the parliament the ‘Phone Banking‘ which Chidambaram headed with Gandhi family blessing cost the country 52 lakh crores of NPA and how bad a shape the country was in when the NDA took over. Do we have any comprehension of the numbers? 2G scam, Coal scam, Commonwealth scams and scams galore and not a single scratch on these crooks during the last 4 years. Jaitley-Ji, have you ever visited the family of a farmer who took his life because he could not pay a few thousand rupees? Have you ever talked to a mother who is forced to let her child go to bed hungry for months or years? One-third of the world poor live in India and every second child in India goes to bed hungry. It is a matter of shame. You are a finance minister of the nation, you have a responsibility for the financial well-being of every Indian, or at least make every effort their financial security is protected.
Hundreds of thousands of small-time thieves get jailed for days, sometimes months and years as an undertrial without even going through conviction but this daylight plunder goes without any punishment. The culture of Delhi, the corruption, the sleaziness which Congress nurtured and permeating other parties have become basically an albatross on the nation. Living a comfortable life, driving expensive vehicles, surrounded by lesser mortals serving them constantly, the ruling class has lost touch with the common man. Congress corruption has made elections so costly that all parties have to engage in some kind of corruption to gain power. The result – 500 million people living day to day, is a shame even after 70 years.
In just 10 years, Sonia, Congress, and Gandhi family sucked the wealth of the nation and if they had continued, we would have a disaster on our hands. While it is understandable that in order to move the country forward and move things in Rajya Sabha, Modi-Ji is forced to have a pact with the devil to let those crooks in smaller parties off. But what is it that Congress has done that you are forced to deploy all kinds of games and tricks to protect, for what? Is it because you have signed a pact with Congress that if Congress does not pursue dubious charges against Modi-Ji and allow him to get into power, they will not be touched? Do they deserve to be protected? Do you remember what Krishna said to Arjuna when Karna’s chariot wheel was sinking? Gandhi family thinks they own the country and the country is spending literally millions of dollars in their individual palatial houses and for their protection. For what, what have they done and why are you protecting them? Their mindset is so apparent in a social media post that compared Modi-Ji touching the feet of a 104-year-old poor woman who sold goats to build toilets[1] while Rahul’s feet is touched by an 80-year old elected Congress member (incidentally in the same state of Chattisgarh)[2]. If God forbid they come back to power, Prithiv Raj story will be repeated on Modi-ji and you will perhaps be left completely unscathed for all the favors you are doing. Who cares what happens to the nation?
It is a tragedy, an alleged drug addict who was arrested by FBI in USA[3], a moron who was partying all night while the country was aghast during 26/11[4], someone who had charges of raping his own party member’s daughter[5], who has nothing to show that he contributed anything to the country, calling Narendra Modi-Ji who has given his life for 50+ years, working day and night, doing everything to figure out how to move the country forward in spite of shady elements even within his own party, calling him a ‘Chor, Chor‘. While this is happening in the parliament your ministry allows them to evade taxes with a dubious ruling.
Jaitley-Ji, who are you protecting really? The country needs to know. Why are Chidambaram and Sonia/ Rahul Gandhi not in jail for the holocaust they did this great country? What is Rahul Gandhi, who declared himself a British Citizen, doing in the parliament?
The nation has a right to know.

Totally Agree, not be aware of what goes on India. Arun J. wants to go slow on Congress Corruption matters. Subramanian Swamy has been a lonely and relentless crusader, a saving face for the BJP. Look at what goes on in CBI matters. It is a war between the Lobbyists to control the CBI Admin. War within BJP and war with Congress. In the end, major cases coming to SC and High Courts in Delhi would be delayed, stalled and postponed to June 2019. That is the plan. Gopal. I am shocked that what I thought it as suspicion has been proved true in case of Jaitley. I can only say that Modi /Amit shah have let down their supporters / voters who elected them. LK Advani, MMJ, Arun Shourie, Yashwant Sinha, Jaswanth Singh, Sushma Swaraj, Shotgun Sinha, Ram Jethmalani, Dr. Subramanian Swamy were effectively SIDELINED [thrown out unceremoniously as Marg-Darshaks by an internal coup within the BJP at their Goa meet] and kept away by the Sweet Delhi talker, Arun. Jaitley, who incidentally happens to be an Elite Card Holder of the Delhi Lutyens Mafia besides putting on the ABVP / BJP caps. While Modi has performed and represented India well in the international spheres and Diplomacy matters, he has BUNGLED in the key internal issue of fixing Corruption towards fulfilling his key poll promise of 2014. Modi had to rely too much on his Kingmaker, Mr. Arun Jaitley, that has brought the BJP to shambles in 2018. Either Modi has to take a Firm Action against the Erring and Failing members within his BJP Caucus for the failure or accept the lapses and step down on January 14th, Sankaranthi Day. P. Chidambaram’s Case goes to Court on January 11th. If he is acquitted, Modi-Arun J duo has FAILED the nation. Nation is more important then the individuals. We request Arnab Goswami, S. Gurumurthy to organize an explosive debate between Dr. Nalapad and Mr. Arun Jaitley. Yes, india and the World wants to Know the TRUTH. While Modi certainly shined well in India’s international relationship and diplomacy matters, he has miserably FAILED to take adequate CONTROL of internal issues, particularly for FAILING to: – “Fix the Mega Scandal Corruption Cases to Completion”, the key poll promise of 2014, Plank on which he stepped on the Pedestal of the Indian Parliament. Five Full years have rolled out since evidence came out in 2013. Modi has RELIED too much on Four As for his Lapses: Mr. ADHIA, ADHANI, AMBANI and last but not the least, ARUN JAITLEY. Adhia was brought in from the Gujarat Cadre thinking he would clean the mess and was planted in the FM as thePrincipal Secretary to Arun J., Modi’s Delhi Chamcha, the King maker, [who besides BJP] also holds a long standing allegiance to the Delhi Lutyens Mafia and the close company of Chidambaram. Arun J. keeps nudging Modi to go slow on P.C. and Sonia and ensure keeping Dr. Subramanian Swamy out of the loop for ever. In the end, Mr. Alok Verma and Dr. Rajeshwar Singh from the CBI were not given free hand to probe the high profile Corruption Cases as Adhia, Arun Jaitley combo from the FM were indeed supporting Asthana and Co in the CBI causing Big Time internal RIFTS, resulting in undue delays. This what P. Chidambaram wants since he has a fantastic grasp of the functioning of the FM, CBI, ED. So, he triggers these internal squabbles as he gets ALL the information through lobbyists – minute to minute relayed regarding movement of all Files between the CBI, ED and FM-PMO. Although not the boss of the FM, PC is still in the Driver’s seat and he is ABLE to STOP, DELAY, STALL all the Cases against the Congress BIGs going to court so their imminent arrest or situation of asking for bail could be thwarted, delayed and averted although the overall evidence available indeed is overwhelming in the public domain. If this is stalled until May 2019, Congress & Co knows for sure, they are out of the noose and it gives them the time to erase ALL evidence and also transfer/fix all their Benami accounts to the SAFER Havens in the mean time. M/S. Sree Iyer, Rajiv Malhotra, Dr. Nalapad, Dr. Subramanian Swamy could write columns after columns or speak in forums around the world but NEITHER Modi-Arun Jaitley would accept responsibility for their lapses NOR Arnab Goswami, S. Gurumurthy EVER Challenge Arun Jaitley-Adhia-Modi for defeating BJP’s interests in fixing Corruption Cases. Like the 2-G, the National Herald, INX media and Aircel-Maxis Cases will keep going on for EVER with NO Closure or Closure Coming when when the Culprits are Gone. Thus, Total Victory for Dynasts when our Patriots who scream -“Vande Maataram”, “Jai Hind” do not WALK their TALK, thus, enriching India as the land full of of Middlemen, Commission Agents. Sad to see the plight of the Aam Admi.
It is a waste of time asking Jaitley. The question and article should be to PM itself.
Constantly cribbing about Jaitley is not going to help. PMO has not taken any action till date.
Whom to blame? Modi or Jaitley?
Jaitely ji ;;; it is high time to act on the Gandhi … so called and PC batch . I really appreciate your efforts but really do not understand why you are delaying taking action on the Gandhi family & PC batch even completion of 4 years of your government . Please do not give room to criticize your efforts , so act before the culprits escape like in bofors case .
PMO should immediately conduct a thorough probe into this disgraceful act at the ITO. Irrespective of whose hand is blackened they should be severely punished forthwith including if Jaitley is party to this. Very disgusting to note that enemies for our nation are within – both in the country and government. Enough is enough, time for quick action and put all those looters behind bars.
The author is rightly pointed out that Mr.Jaitley’s hand is not clean and he is afraid of removing blackened hand gloves of Sonia & Co , Chidambaram & Co, what else could be the reason ? Why Modi is not ready to remove him from the post in-spite of cautions from Mr.SS and many Hindutva leaders and wasted ample of opportunities to catch the thieves in time. Any answer ?
Indeed it is regrettable that investigating agencies act slow in such serious matters. Each time they say person is summoned ..? Why so long? Why no action?

It is a shame for Modi kept him in his cabinet so long and his talk in the parliament etc. just a game to fool public. If any one dig his affairs he is also equal to PC. hence he bides time.
