Sharia or Islamic Law
Sharia, Islamic sharia, or Islamic law is the basic Islamic legal system derived its authority from the Islamic teachings of the Quran and the Hadith. The term sharia is an Arabic term to mean a body of moral and religious laws consistent with Islamic scriptures that may be opposed to human rights. Sharia law is antithetical to the prevailing legal system and against individual rights. If the Muslims are able to institute Sharia in India, the modern secular democracy we have known for years will vanish from Bharath. Every aspect of life is molded, guided, and dictated as per Islamic law that was adopted in Pakistan.
Once Muslims have the power and make laws based on the Quran and Hadiths, all Hindus will have to follow these rules, failing which can result in severe punishments and deaths.
Sharia deals with many topics, including crime, politics, marriage contracts, clothing, religious prescriptions, sports, amusements, and banking, as well as personal matters such as sexual intercourse, hygiene, diet, prayer, everyday etiquette, and fasting. Adherence to Sharia has served as one of the distinguishing characteristics of the Muslim faith historically. In its strictest definition, sharia is considered in Islam as the infallible law of Allah and it cannot be questioned.
Sharia is considered the law of Allah to mean that it is the best to be followed across the globe. Consequently, Muslims who believe firmly, fanatically, and devoutly, are in constant struggle (Jihad) with the people of the country and in a continuous battle with their ruling government to establish Islamic Sharia. Islamic law has certainly aimed at “controlling the religious, social and political life of mankind in all its aspects, the life of its followers without qualification, and the life of those who follow tolerated religions to a degree that prevents their activities from hampering Islam in any way.”
The all-embracing nature of Islamic law has no regard for morals, law (Indian sense of the word), ethics, and good manners. In principle this Sharia law controls the entire life of the believer and the Islamic community. It intrudes into every nook and corner: everything from the pilgrim tax, agricultural contracts, the board and lodging of slaves, the invitation to a wedding, the use of toothpicks, the ritual fashion in which one’s natural needs are to be accomplished, the prohibition for men to wear gold or silver rings, to the proper treatment of animals is covered.
Ibn Warraq “(Why I am Not a Muslim)” described the unworthy principles as thus: intolerance of pagans, the call to violence and murder, the lack of equality for women and non-Muslims, the acceptance of slavery, barbaric punishments, and the contempt for human reason.
According to The Week, in Saudi Arabia (ironically, the head of the United Nations Human Rights Council), women cannot go anywhere without a chaperone, drive a car, “wear clothes or make-up that show off their beauty,” interact with men they’re not related to and many other oddities. Crimes that are punishable by death in Saudi Arabia (often by public beheading or stoning), according to Vocativ, include adultery, “consensual gay sex with an adult,” robbery, drug distribution and possession, apostasy, consumption of intoxicants, sorcery, and witchcraft. You can also be executed for being gay and being an atheist.
Many of the Muslim boys change their identity and assume the Hindu names to trap the innocent girls, marry them, and sell them to other Arab countries.
According to a poll done by Pew Research Center in 2013, which asked Muslims of various countries (such as Albania, Russia, Bosnia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Palestine, Egypt, Jordan, and others) about the penalty for apostasy, a large number of them supported the death penalty. In Egypt, 86 percent supported killing apostates.
Sharia Law – How Hindus would be forced to live?
Once Muslims have the power and make laws based on the Quran and Hadiths, all Hindus will have to follow these rules, failing which can result in severe punishments and deaths. More than that all Hindus would lose their freedom to express because that would be incompatible with Islamic Jurisprudence. It would have a drastic effect on the whole of Bharath and the generations to come.
- Theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand.
- Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran is punishable by death.
- Criticizing or denying Muhammad is a prophet is punishable by death.
- A Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death.
- A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death.
- A non-Muslim man who marries a Muslim woman is punishable by death.
- A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.
- Girls’ clitoris should be cut (per Muhammad’s words in Book 41, Kitab Al-Adab, Hadith 5251).
- A woman can have 1 husband, but a man can have up to 4 wives; Muhammad can have more.
- A man can unilaterally divorce his wife but a woman needs her husband’s consent to divorce.
- A man can beat his wife for insubordination.
- Testimonies of four male witnesses are required to prove rape against a woman.
- A woman who has been raped cannot testify in court against her rapist(s).
- A woman’s testimony in court, allowed only in property cases, carries half the weight of a man’s.
- A woman inherits half of what a male heir inherits.
- A woman cannot drive a car, as it leads to fitnah (upheaval).
- A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative.
- Meat to be eaten must come from animals that have been sacrificed to Allah – i.e., be Halal.
- Muslims should engage in Taqiyya and lie to non-Muslims to advance Islam.
- A Muslim will not get the death penalty if he kills a non-Muslim.
- A Muslim woman must cover every inch of her body, which is considered “Awrah,” a sexual organ.
- All the Hindu Temples could be demolished since they are against “idolaters.”
- Taharush is the Arab world that denotes the encircling of girls and women by groups of Muslim men for the purpose of sexual harassment, including assaults, groping, and even rapes. The seizure of Infidel females and their use as sex slaves is sanctioned in the Quran.
Once the Muslims dominate the political structure in India, they can pass the Sharia law and all Hindus would be subjected to the commands of Islam. “In Muslim countries, dissent is not tolerated. It is crushed either by governments or by fanatics. Islamic society is not open to critical thinking. That is why Muslims remain comparatively backward. This is actually a very big threat to Muslim society. Muslim people should be open to criticism. Instead of Quranic laws (Sharia), there should be modern law and equality.” Taslima Nasreen.
Jihad
Every Hindu has heard, experience, and fearful of various Jihads. A number of cases across India are reported about the extent of Love Jihad, Sex Jihad, Snake Jihad, Cyber Jihad, and simple Jihad itself targeting Hindu girls. Balbir Punj’s investigative report revealed that there are “Several instances of young Muslim boys enticing Hindu and Christian girls in Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra and several other parts of the country with the show of wealth and promises of marriage and then, ferrying them to Kashmir and other places, converting them and recruiting them forcibly into Islamist Jihad came to light, concerns at this Love Jihad were raised.” Many of the Muslim boys change their identity and assume the Hindu names to trap the innocent girls, marry them, and sell them to other Arab countries. Even the Muslim girls conceal their identity as non-Muslims trapping gullible men into Islamic ideology and recruit them for ISIS.
Sex Jihad is being operated at two levels. Based on the stories we heard from reliable sources that the Muslim boys will be watching a few families sense some kind of discord in the young families and approach the young wives to help them emotionally and financially. The Muslim boys are urged to be tactful and clever in enticing these young marries women, offer any amount of money, exploit them sexually, and blackmail them with pictures taken hideously. At another level, several girls from different counties offer themselves for Islamists fighting in Syria. ISIS maintained Sex Jihad cells in the area where the women cannot escape, and each girl served as many as 30-40 soldiers a day. These soldiers conducted Sex Jihad spree wherever they went and raped as many women as they want in their houses.
Hindus should recognize that the Hadith Al Bukhari stated that Muslims have the right to kill non-Muslims if they do not submit to Allah. They have the right to take over or destroy the property, siege the towns, massacre men, rape women, and enslave children. “Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally.” (Bukhari 8.387)
Jihad is broadly defined to mean an offensive war waged against the non-Muslims to convert them to Islam or kill them if they fail to embrace Islam, mainly to establish the Islamic Nation. Sayyid Abu Ala Maududi, in his book Al-Jihad fil-Islam (“Jihad in Islam”), says that Muslims believe in Jihad because “Islam is all-encompassing, the Islamic state was for all the world and should not be limited to just the homeland of Islam”.
Though in Jihad “thousands” of lives may be lost, this cannot compare “to the calamity that may befall mankind as a result of the victory of evil over good and of aggressive atheism over the religion of God.”
In no uncertain terms, Islam has been planning to destroy all states and governments anywhere on the face of the earth which are opposed to the ideology and programme of Islam, regardless of the country or the nation which rules it. The goal of Islam is to set up a state which will be run by the Quranic principles and it should obey the injunctions of Allah. No individual freedom of judgement is allowed in an Islamic State. Jihad should be used to press into action all forces at their disposal to eliminate the non-Islamic nations and establish Islamic State.
Maududi taught that the destruction of the lives and property of others was lamentable (part of the great sacrifice of Jihad), but that Muslims must follow the Islamic principle that it is better to “suffer a lesser loss to save ourselves from a greater loss.” Though in Jihad “thousands” of lives may be lost, this cannot compare “to the calamity that may befall mankind as a result of the victory of evil over good and of aggressive atheism over the religion of God.”
Jihad is the major tool the Muslims use to dominate the world through terror, torture, and death. It is the religious duty of all Muslims who are commanded to wage a holy war against infidels. Some of the Muslim leaders claim that Jihad is mainly a spiritual struggle to mislead the people, an examination of the commandments of the Quran gives a horrendous picture. Sura 9:29 commands the Muslims to “Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the last day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture – [fight] until they give the Jizyah willingly while they are humbled.”
Since 9/11 there have been an estimated 36,890 deadly Muslim terrorist attacks as of April 2020 across the globe. In India alone there are more than 40 terrorist attacks on Hindus killing and injuring as many Hindu. The objective of these Jihadi philosophies is not only to convert Hindus into Islam but most importantly to control the political sphere of India and try to enforce Sharia law. With the help of media and the so-called Hindu liberals, intellectuals, and secularists abetting the process to establish more and more terrorist cells and ISIS operations. Tufail Ahmad observed that they routinely advise the government in foreign policies. “Many journalists based in Delhi are also on the payroll of the Pakistani Military’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), which creates and nurtures terrorist groups.” Their loyalties are mortgaged with the enemy of the country where they make a living.
Fatwa
Noor-ur-Rehman Barkati announced a cash reward of Rs 25 lakhs for anyone who blackens Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s face. This fatwa was issued on January 11, 2017. BJP leaders condemned his fatwa and demanded his arrest. No other Hindu political leaders of other parties neither spoke about it nor criticized him. He even fatwas against Salman Rushdie, Taslima Nasreen,, and Tarek Fateh. He also expressed his ire at West Bengal’s BJP President, Dilip Gosh. How many Hindu leaders condemned these fatwas and demanded action against the one who issued Fatwas?
Hindu political leaders should be aware of the number of fatwas being rendered by Ulemas (Islamic scholars) that would punitively effect on the lives of Hindus. Hindu leaders should be above political parties and caste affiliation. They must act like Hindus and protect Hindu dharma. Failure to recognize this fact will proportionately inflict these political leaders to the potential danger to their very existence. Once the Muslims reach a certain percentage either in a given state or India, they can also force all Hindus to abide by these fatwas which would have serious consequences for their lives and the freedom they are enjoying at present. Overwhelming the decimation of Hindus may not be an exaggeration.
Fatwa is defined as a legal opinion or a decree issued by Islamic scholars on a specific topic. Any Muslim can seek an opinion from Ulemas from an Islamic point of view on any given topic and get directive for them to follow. The range of fatwas issued includes death sentence to food, medicine, dress code, marital issues, divorce, entertainment, music, and host of other topics. Some of these fatwas are serious which may lead to the killing of the individuals while others may not be enforceable.
Let us look at some of the fatwas issued that may have a lasting impact on Muslims as well as Hindus. Fatwas are rendered against Solomon Rushdie’s life for penning The Satanic verses considered insulting to Islam; Taslima Nasreen’s life for writing a book Lajja considered un-Islamic; Surya Namaskar since it is against Islam to worship other than Allah; Vandemataram as some of the verses are considered against the tenets of Islam; noodles and ketchup for allegedly containing pig fat; actress Veena Malik for objectionable photos; firecrackers for misuse of money; Madhubala book by Harivansh Rai Bachchan for hurting Muslim sentiments; birthday celebrations because they are of Western culture; professional models for being un-Islamic custom; Aroopa Alam the female journalist for going alone to interview ex-Chief Minister without being accompanied by a male relative; grown-up girls for riding bicycles as it bound to result in undue exposure; Shah Rukh Khan who was expelled from Islam for insulting his faith; A R Rahman for providing music to the movie on Muhammad: Messenger of God; and many other similar topics.
The primary motive for one-third of the Muslim population to stay back in India is to establish Islamic State either by waging war against Hindu infidels, threatening the political leaders, or demanding specially privileged to dominate the political structure to establish Islamic rule in India. On July 13, 2011, a group known as Darul Uloom Deoband issued a Fatwa in Nagpur on Hindus living in Muslim-majority areas demanding that they should either accept Islam or pay 10 percent of their income as ‘Jizya.’ If they do not obey the Fatwa, Hindus should be prepared to fight. It is further stated that “This country does not belong to Hindus now and it never belonged to Hindus. This country was ruled by Muslims for so many years… that the areas where Muslims are in majority, the governance should be by Muslims as per ‘Shariat’ law.” Hindu leaders are in a precarious situation and they are ignoring the impending danger to the sacredness and secularism of Bharath as if nothing is happening. They are becoming immune to the atrocities, fatwas, and slow implementation of Sharia law in Bharath.
Hindu leaders must wake up to reality and find out the true nature of Islam. Muslims hate us. They must be stopped. They will dominate India and as per the Quran, they will raise the flag of Caliphate on Indian soil. They have no respect for democracy, decency, fairness, and openness; and they only know how to unleash terror. Hindu politicians have the moral responsibility to protect their Mother India from this horrific Islamic terrorism. Hindus must shed their blind mindset of accommodating Muslims. They will grow like a thousand-headed snake ready to strike at any given moment, only if you let them.
Many Hindu politicians appear to be trenched into this ideology of See no Muslim Evil, Hear no Muslim Evil, and Speak no Muslim Evil. Sooner we realize the blunder, better it would be for the human race. Do not allow Muslims to repeat the eight centuries of atrocities our forefathers were subjected to. Learn from history and stand up for freedom, democracy, tolerance, accommodation, and ahimsa.

How To Stop Love Jihad
We need a Uniform Civil Code to ensure that all marriages are based upon Indian civil law, not on the law of any particular religion.
We need an Anti-Conversion Bill (which bans religious conversion that happens for the sake of marriage). If a man tries to convert a woman of a different religion to his religion, then this man should receive a prison sentence of 20 years.
We need an explicit law which states that if a man has been found to lie about his religion during a marriage, and if the woman later finds out that the man was lying, then the marriage is illegal, and the man will receive a prison sentence of 20 years.
We finally need a marriage law (specifically for Muslims) called the Muslim Marriage Law. This law states that Muslim men may only marry Muslim women, Christian women, and Jewish women. Muslim women may only marry Muslim men. It is illegal for Muslims (men or women) to marry polytheists (men or women). If a Muslim tries to marry/convert a polytheist, the Muslim receives a prison sentence of 20 years.
Doing all these 4 steps will ensure that the menace of love jihad will be solved. Muslim men/women are not supposed to marry Hindus, because according to their Quran, Hindus are dirty polytheist scumbags.
Yet, Muslim men lust after Hindu women. Why? Because the Islamic religious laws only apply to Muslim women, who are not allowed to marry Non-Muslim men. This is why Love Jihad exists, and this is why Muslims who violate Islamic law should be punished. This is why Islam is ultimately hypocritical and misogynistic.
As per the Quran, Muslim men are not supposed to marry Hindu women, just like Muslim women are not supposed to marry Hindu men. Yet, Muslim men continue to do Love Jihad.
It is easy to simply pass a law which bans Muslims from marrying Non-Muslims. Such a law exists in Malaysia.
In Malaysia, it is illegal for a Muslim to marry a Non-Muslim.
In Myanmar, it is illegal for a Muslim to marry a Buddhist.
Muslim men should marry their own hijabi-clad Muslim women and should stay away from Non-Muslim women.
Non-Muslim women need to be educated about the lowly status of Muslim women in Islam.
Non-Muslim women should be repeatedly warned that they will be forced to change their entire lifestyle, they will be forced to change their name and their entire identity, they will be forced to give up on their freedom, they will be forced to change their religion to a primitive 6th century cult, and they will be forced to wear a burqa if they become a victim of Love Jihad.
It reminds that what Sonia gandhi told to Subramanianswamy that hundus like to be kicked, is going to be correct.
What the author has stated is true in theory, but with the advancement of science, the sharia law is undergoing churning and a 100% fundamentalist country like Saudi Arabia has diluted its sharia laws. I will elaborate on the life style in various Islamic countries and India with respect to points mentioned by author.
1) Muslim personal law in India is image of sharia, and many Hindus are unaware of it. Cunningly, the personal law board rejects application of criminal sharia for Muslims and follow IPC sections. This is absurd and ridiculous. Either Muslims in India should follow sharia civil + criminal or simply Uniform Civil code. This mischief was done by MK Gandhi and Nehru and through stupidity of GREAT Hindu politicians of 1947 though they inserted a clause in constitution that India should have UCC in future. I feel next agenda of Modi is to implement UCC, which can be implemented through executive order.
2) As per sharia, women are meant for procreation and cannot work beyond home. Men can marry any girl or woman as long as she is not a sibling. Marrying father brothers daughter or mother sisters daughter is common, even in India.
3) if a non Muslim man wants to marry a Muslim girl, he MUST convert to Islam which is applicable to non Muslim woman also .For instance actress Sharmila Tagore converted name is Ayesha begum. Similarly the Hindu women married to Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan or Saif Khan must have a Muslim name, which they conceal. Nikkanama of the above couple will bring out facts. In case if the above women are not converted, their marriage becomes illegal. Secondly if a Muslim girl wants to marry a hindu boy, her parents loose their right for Muslim burial, hence it is rare Muslim girl marrying non Muslim boy.
4) sharia doesn’t accept democracy, modern life like watching TV, cinema, music,insurance and taking interest from deposits In bank. Indian Muslims violate all the rules except practising polygamy. Saudi Arabia is a notorious country where no non Muslim man can have eye contact with any Muslim woman or else a member of moral police can arrest you with no bail
5) In case a pedestrian gets killed or a murder takes place, the accuser will languish in jail, till he pays huge blood money to relatives. Many Indians too paid such sums.This blood money law is prevalent in all 6 GCC countries.
Except for Saudi , the rest of GCC have diluted sharia laws and in fact Dubai city , commercial capital of UAE has perhaps best night life and best entertainment/ luxurious life.
6) Dargah worship is strictly prohibited as per shariah and even their prophets tomb in Saudi Arabia is erased. What Indian Muslims practising is unislamic and how Muslim clergy is permitting is surprising. Further , in aazan ie at the time of calling 5 prayers, the moulvi proclaims their prophet is the only true messenger and last prophet, meaning they don’t accept prophets of other religions ,which is against secular policies of India.
7) Fatwa is supposed to be like khap panchayat, a diktat which has legality. In India, it is pronounced regularly and few Muslims follow it. The latest fatwa issued by Dar ul uloom is that Muslims should celebrate Id at home due to corona. Arun Shouri wrote a book on Indian fatwas, which gave elaborate explanations.
The reality is Muslims have to follow their holy book which cannot be amended, where as science is pushing humans to an age of super evolution. Wise ruler and architect of Dubai Once commented to his inner gathering “ Unless we change with the changes, a day will come when changes will make us change “ He made his desert kingdom, a tourist paradise utilising e governance. Can Indian Muslims follow the rulers advice ?
