While SEC is quick to investigate insider trading such as the one allegedly committed by Elon Musk and his brother, many members of Senate and Congress are in violation of STOCK act, which requires them to report their stocks-related data in a timely manner. Here is a short list of 10 from the 57 reported by Business Insider and a way to fix this problem.
