Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Derek O’ Brien has completely violated Parliamentary ethics by misusing the liberty to speak in the House of the Parliament. This is the second time he misused his privileges to name and accuse private citizens. This time he termed young advocate Prashant Patel as the biggest hatemonger in Twitter. This is a gross misuse of powers as a Member of Parliament by abusing a private citizen.
Prakash Karat filed a complaint against Derek O’Brien for morphing the photo and placing his face for cheap political gains.
Under what right is TMC MP Derek O’ Brien accusing a young advocate of spreading wrong news, while he himself was caught for spreading a photoshopped image and conducting a press conference on this regard? He took a real picture of BJP President Rajnath Singh giving laddoos to Narendra Modi in 2013, when Modi was selected as BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate and morphed this photo of Modi in 2016 and put CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat and uploaded it on the internet and even conducted a press conference to claim the photo as a secret understanding of BJP and CPI(M) in West Bengal Assembly election.
Such is the third rate activity done by this Luteyns Media darling Derek O’ Brien. The worst was for a few hours his friendly media outlets celebrated the findings of this shameless TMC MP. The following day, Prakash Karat filed a complaint against Derek O’Brien for morphing the photo and placing his face for cheap political gains.

One year ago you did the same nonsense by accusing a young man called Rahul Raj for creating abusive messages in Twitter.
Mr. Derek O’ Brien, don’t you have any other work to do as an MP? Grow up, Derek! Rajya Sabha is supposed to be the House of Elders. Your acts reek of immaturity.
