Two days back, I and Anuraag Saxena got a defamation notice from New Delhi Television (NDTV) and its promoters Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika. The defamation notice was sent by Advocate Anuradha Dutt on behalf of the corrupt TV Channel and its promoters who are caught for Fraud, Corruption and Money Laundering. I don’t know why they decided to send a legal notice by email (published at the end of this report) for conducting a hangout with Anuraag Saxena, who was merely asking questions after reading my book NDTV Frauds. The notice was sent soon after Mr. and Mrs. Roy were stopped at the airport, as the agencies caught their frauds red-handed.
This is my response to the Roys and their corrupt TV channel in the public domain and may be treated as my reply to the legal notice.
First of all, Prannoy and Radhika Roy and NDTV, I stand by whatever I said in the hangout. Two years ago when I published the book – NDTV Frauds – I wrote about all your frauds and a year ago, I added the findings of your frauds exposed by the IRS officer S K Srivastava.
Whatever I said is the truth and I must remind you that telling the truth is not defamation. You manipulated stock exchanges, which is detailed in the Income Tax findings. You cheated banks, which is also detailed in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)’s First Information Report (FIR) about the ICICI Bank Frauds. The recent second FIR of the CBI exposes the fact that you were laundering money by floating 32 shell firms across the world in conspiracy with persons holding public office. Frankly, one such crook is the former Finance Minister P Chidambaram.
Mr. Roy, I again welcome you to read my two books on NDTV Frauds and challenge you to test it in a Court of your choice. I will place all the documents before the Court and see you explain your white-collar crimes. I fell off from my chair laughing when you claimed in a Press Club function that you never touched black money in your life! I hope that the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Income Tax Department and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) fix you for the humongous frauds you committed in the garb of media.
Please consider this as my reply to your legal notice. You can watch the video again. Once again I reiterate and stand by what I said. See you in court, whichever one you choose. Anywhere in the world.

Sir – you have done a phenomenal job of exposing Prannoy Roy and NDTV. One thing that you have not made public is how Prannoy Roy got the money laundering trail cleaned up after the PwC and Vivek Mehra fiasco. Mr. Roy dumped PwC and approached Mukesh Butani of BMR for cleanup. Mukesh used all the tricks in his bag to wipe out the GE ‘investment’ trail through creative and sham cross border transactions. This was a highly confidential project and Mukesh was assisted by Parul Jain of BMR and Charu Katyal who was part of AML group of GE in Dubai.
