BCCI is supposed to share 27% of its profits with state associations. The last time it did was in 2017. No Ranji contracts this year. But IPL is conducted in Dubai, when a lot of money could have been saved by conducting it in India’s stadia – at least the local airlines would have benefited from the traffic. So what is going on?
