CBI rejects fake news of closure

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Thursday said that there were seven shortcomings in the postmortem report of actor Sushant Singh Rajput by Dr. Cooper Hospital, and this was recorded by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Swamy said as per the Health Secretary’s instructions, AIIMS forensic Chief Dr. Sudhir Gupta met him to clarify on the five questions raised before the Parliamentary Standing Committee. BJP leader demanded that the Health Ministry must constitute a Medical Board to analyse the postmortem report of Sushant Singh Rajput before Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) coming to final conclusions. Meanwhile, CBI rejected the fake reports of certain media organizations published on Thursday morning that the agency is going to file a closure report soon.

At the very beginning, there were reports on the basic violations in the postmortem conducted by Mumbai’s Dr. Cooper Hospital. The AIIMS Forensic Director Sudhir Gupta who told many TV media houses that this was a clear case of murder later changed his stand and termed the incident as a suicide. Recently Subramanian Swamy asked five questions on the AIIMS’s report to the Parliamentary panel[1].

In the third such statement since registering an FIR in the case, the central investigating agency termed as speculative stories related to its finding in the matter.

Subramanian Swamy on Thursday made two tweets about his meeting with Dr. Sudhir Gupta and the outcome of the talk. He demanded that the Health Ministry’s Medical Board must examine the postmortem report and AIIMS found seven shortcomings in the postmortem by Dr. Cooper Hospital.

Two tweets of Subramanian Swamy are as follows:

Meanwhile, in the evening, CBI termed “speculative” and “erroneous” the media reports claiming that the agency has concluded its probe in actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case and may soon file a closure report. In the third such statement since registering an FIR in the case, the central investigating agency termed as speculative stories related to its finding in the matter.

“The CBI continues to investigate the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. There are certain speculative reports in media that the CBI has reached a conclusion. It may be reiterated that these reports are speculative and erroneous,” CBI spokesperson R K Gaur said in a statement.

  • The deal has been reached between BJP and SS to close this case. Till Nov 10 (Bihar results) some token actions will be taken, but after Diwali, CBI will say 'it was suicide as all evidences were destroyed'. This case will always remain a blot in Modi regime for years to come.

This happens all over the world Princess Diana murder never solved, US has still not solved Kennedy murder (no one can forget the 'single bullet theory'), or OJ Simpson trial. When I see Indians saying there is no law in India, I pity at their ignorance. Other countries are worse. At least in India people protested!!
