National Herald Frauds details the origin of loot by SoGa and RaGa’s dubiously floated firm Young Indian.
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday released the book – National Herald Frauds – written by Sree Iyer at a virtual seminar hosted by Virat Hindustan Sangam’s (VHS) weekly programme Gyan Ganga[1]. After the book release, there was a debate detailing the frauds committed by Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi by grabbing the Rs.5000 crores-worth assets of erstwhile National Herald newspaper. The 441-page book ‘National Herald Frauds’ details the origin of the loot and entire developments in the National Herald case with many crucial documents of Income Tax Assessment Order exposing the tax evasion by Sonia and Rahul’s dubiously floated firm Young Indian.
VHS leaders Jagdish Shetty, Arvind Chaturvedi, Ramesh Swamy also spoke on the function pointing out the humongous loot and crime committed by the Congress leadership. Subramanian Swamy’s legal associate Satya Sabharwal detailed the procedures and current status of the National Herald case. He pointed out that apart from the current charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy, the accused can also be prosecuted for breach of public trust, a majority of the accused were holding public posts when the illegalities and frauds committed.
In his speech, Subramanian Swamy detailed the tricks of the Congress leaders in delaying the case and expressed displeasure on delays from the part of the government in speeding the Income Tax and Urban Development Ministry’s (Herald House eviction) cases in the National Herald case, pending in Supreme Court. After losing cases in Delhi High Court the Congress leadership filed appealed to Supreme Court and Swamy said that the government’s lawyers must speed up the case which is pending for more than two years.
‘National Herald Frauds’ is Sree Iyer’s 8th book. His first book was ‘NDTV Frauds’ released in March 2017. Here is the list of books currently available for purchase:

The Congress raised a monster which consumed it . Hopefully they will leak the entire story, especially after the Reliance Bharat Ratna has passed on.
