The world is nothing but thoughts in our minds. And thoughts are the results of all the perception we receive every moment of our life.
Hindus have been convinced that castes oppressed each other, and India is the poorest, obscurantist, dark place on earth. In the West they have acknowledged in their research that Hindus created Sanskrit and mathematics at least 20000 years ago, and calculus between 1000 AD to 1500 AD.
But such information is not allowed to “contaminate” the feelings of self-loathing, self-hatred that is drilled into Hindu minds 24×7 through education, media, and popular culture.
So you know Sati but you don’t know that in Ireland was a “St Mary’s home for unwed mothers” run by nuns between 1900 and 1960. The ground has now been excavated after insistence by some persons who suspected foul play. It has been discovered that in its basement were buried at least, 800 babies.
You don’t know that between 1865 and 1960, at least 5000 blacks were lynched in South American, in full public view, with press photographers present, and photos of lynchings printed on the backs of postcards like you see at the tourist places.
You don’t know that Thomas Jefferson, celebrated American statesman, constitutionalist, and later President also raped his 14-year-old slave girl. And continued to rape her. She bore him 6 children, and all were raised as slaves.
But what is maligned about Hinduism? The most sublime, most beautiful system of thought ever created that has civilized and kept peace among hundreds of language groups and thousands of distinct tribes and taught them the value of life so thoroughly that most can’t kill even an ant.
But Hinduism is maligned, and Hindus have so internalized this negative view of their religion, only religion, that they are now leading the mobs to lynch it, to lynch Hinduism. Each caste is trying to prove that all “atrocity” attributed to it was what Hinduism made it do, and now it is only a caste, it has given up Hinduism as penance, it is now just humanist, and so nothing that Hindus did should be attributed to it.
That poverty and corruption and backwardness that have seeped into everything in India was the doing of Hinduism, and not the result of their own lack of character and lack of industry, and since they are now humanist of this or that caste, they are not to be blamed.
So, every caste is trying to distance itself from Hinduism, and as a result, running towards a dark vacuum that will swallow them.
Good people not resisting evil and have evil consequences for everybody. Hindu leadership did not realize the significance of the textbooks, the dialogues in the movies, the headlines in the media to which Hindus were subject to every moment of their lives.

Well we all know the dangers now but we are still waiting for the HRD ministry to create new textbooks. You would think that someone would create a wiki or a section on this website and let us all crowdsource the writing of a new history book. Then we can pass it to scholars to verify and cleanup and we can publish in a few months. But no, we have to wait for the government to do something.
Can’t we start this textbook project in the next hour on this website?
