Why are 3M afraid of another M (Mohan Lal)?

A memorandum signed by some of the paid pen pushers of the 3M cabal was submitted to the Kerala Culture Minister demanding that the invitation given to Mohan Lal should be withdrawn.

The Marxists, Methrans (Church) and Mullahs (3M) in Kerala have ganged up to demolish yet another icon in addition to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is Malayalam cinema’s numero uno Mohan Lal. The communalists, the Communists and their paid agents in the field of arts and literature have come out against the invitation given to Mohan Lal to take part in the Kerala State Film Awards Function to be held at Thiruvananthapuram on August 8.

The Marxists are trying to rope in Sitaram Yechury, the CPI-M general secretary as the chief guest to capitalize on his glamour and draw as many female stars as possible to the party.

Leading the pack is Kamaluddeen Mohammed Majeed, a movie director who markets himself as Kamal and another movie maker by the name Baiju.  Because of his leanings to the CPI-M, Kamal, a fanatic Muslim who is secretly addressed as the Bin Laden of Malayalam cinema, has managed to get nominated as the chairman of the Kerala Film Academy.

Baiju, a Dalit, has managed to bag  State and National awards thanks to his connections in the award committees. None of his movies have been released till date though the literary circles in the State project him as Malayalam cinema’s Andrei Tarkovsky. The average moviegoers in the State do not know anything about Baiju, except for the fact that he is a sworn Marxist.

A memorandum signed by some of the paid pen pushers of the 3M cabal and the above-mentioned directors was submitted to the Kerala minister for Culture A K Balan demanding that the invitation given to Mohan Lal should be withdrawn.

“Our stand is that other than the Chief Minister and the awardees, any other chief guest is inappropriate. It also reduces their achievement. We have not mentioned any actor in the statement. Our stand is the same whoever be the chief guest,” Baiju has been quoted as saying by some of the dailies.

But Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who is suffering from a serious ailment is rushing to Mayo Clinic in the USA this week which will make it impossible for him to grace the occasion. The Marxists are trying to rope in Sitaram Yechury, the CPI-M general secretary as the chief guest to capitalize on his glamour and draw as many female stars as possible to the party.

Some of the female artists like Rima Kallingal, who is married to moviemaker Aashiqu Abu, are cut up with Mohan Lal for his role in readmitting actor Dilip into AMMA (the Association of Malayalam Movie Artists) which had expelled him last year following his alleged role in the kidnap and rape of an upcoming actress to settle personal rivalry.  The case is being heard in a Kerala Court and Dilip had to spend three months in judicial custody.

Some of the Left and Islamic leaning award winners had decided to mar the proceedings by tearing apart the certificates of merit and throw away the trophies to be presented by President

Though Mohan Lal, as president of AMMA readmitted Dilip, the latter chose to stay away from the organization and declined the offer. The stance of the office bearers was that since Dilip has not been proved guilty, it was improper to keep him away from the organization which was set up with his initiative too.

But the reasons behind the move to isolate Mohan Lal is something else, according to his colleagues in the industry with whom Team PGurus held discussions. Readers of Team PGurus may be aware of the unpleasant incidents conceived by a section of the movie industry to disrupt the national film award function held in New Delhi on May 3, 2018. Some of the Left and Islamic leaning award winners had decided to mar the proceedings by tearing apart the certificates of merit and throw away the trophies to be presented by President Ram Nath Kovind which definitely would have embarrassed the Central government. Their intention was to deface the Modi Government on the Kathua Rape and the firings in Jammu and Kashmir. But the security and intelligence agencies got the smell of the conspiracy and the entire award ceremony was rescheduled in such a way that the President would give away the awards to only 11 out of the 137 awardees and the rest would be given away by Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani.

Once their conspiracy fell flat, the would-be perpetrators made a hasty retreat and started abusing the award winners like K J Yesudas (the best playback singer). Since Yesudas refused to toe their line, many periodicals in Malayalam started publishing articles defaming the singer whom they themselves had eulogized in the past.

There was a message which was circulated all over the country in the year 2006: “All Muslims are not terrorists but all terrorists are Muslims”.

Another interesting development which led to the attempt to isolate Mohan Lal was his consistent stand supporting the brave soldiers of the Indian Army. Readers of PGurus are aware of the fact that Mohan Lal is the first and only actor to be honored with the rank of a Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army of India (TAI). As part of his life in the TAI, Lal has undergone training with soldiers and commandos of the Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir where he has seen the attacks unleashed on them by the militants. “There were instances when Kashmiri women throw their urine which they have preserved in mud pots at our soldiers. Remember, these soldiers have been deputed to Kashmir to save the lives of these women. Hundreds of soldiers have undergone this kind of torture and humiliation in Kashmir. Also please remember that we people sleep peacefully because of the selfless sacrifice made by the jawans and officers of the Indian Army,” said Lal during an interview with Manorama TV, an out and out anti-India channel owned by a Christian family in Kottayam.

There was a message which was circulated all over the country in the year 2006: “All Muslims are not terrorists but all terrorists are Muslims”. The attitude of the so-called cultural leaders brings back this slogan to mind but in a different way. “All Marxists, Muslims, and Methrans’s are not anti-nationals. But all anti-nationals are Marxists, Mullas, and Methrans”.

Kamal has a fascination to distort history to portray Hindus in poor light. His latest directorial venture “Aami”, about the life and times of late writer Kamala Das is proof of his hatred for Hindus. The movie was an attempt to justify the Love Jihads happening in Kerala in which thousands of Hindu girls are wooed by Muslim Romeos, get them converted to Islam to be dispatched and dumped to Syria for working as sex slaves of Islamic terrorists.

It is for readers to find out why this attempt to isolate and tarnish Indian cinema’s leading superstar who has always stayed away from controversies.

  1. How can a fanatic Muslim make a movie like Ghazal? It makes me sad to see a director who was always just Kamal to Malayalees suddenly being mentioned only as Kamaludden and being labeled as a Muslim fanatic.

  2. While the information provided in this article might be true,
Lalettan himself is no saint. He has not exactly covered himself in glory after taking over as AMMA president. He was accused of illegal possession of ivory, though was later exonerated by the courts. His support for KB GaneshKumar takes the cake. At the end of day, lalettan is a great actor and a businessman. Tomorrow, you’ll see him acting in a Kamal film as well.

    • Truth is always bitter Manju. Pl learn to face the truth. No need of bringing the caste for every thing you dislike.

  3. How could you cunningly insinuate Methrans (kerala christian bishops) in this film award function controversy? Are they even remotely connected with commercial cinema or cine directors like Kamaluddeen, Baiju or others like Rima Kallingal? What was the rabid bigotry brought into this article?. This is like saying that the hindu sankaracharyas were behind the Kathua beastly gang rape of a helpless child inside a hindu temple.

  4. A good piece with lot of relevant information. But I couldn’t understand a sentence “The Marxists are trying to rope in Sitaram Yechury, the CPI-M general secretary as the chief guest to capitalize on his glamour and draw as many female stars as possible to the party.” I never thought 66-year old Yechury had any glabour good enough to draw female stars, though!
