The Left Liberatis (LL), a motley collection of Left-leaning and Liberals are experts in lying through their teeth. The latest is the utter lies floated by comparing the “speed in” the bail obtained by Republic TV Chief Arnab Goswami with the non-availability or delay of bail to Naxals, Maoists and Jehadis charged under stringent provisions of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act [UAPA] and terrorism-related cases. As soon as Justice D Y Chandrachud-headed bench of Supreme Court granted interim bail to Arnab Goswami stressing on personal liberty, the uncouth cabal of the Left-wing and so-called Liberal views swung into action, expressing displeasure and mixing the cases of jailed Naxal and Jihadi leaders with that of Arnab.
What is Arnab charged with?
Arnab Goswami is charged for abetment of suicide in a case related to the suicide of a person who was engaged in the Republic studio design and non-payment of issues. All said and done, it is a known fact that the Maharashtra Police was overactive in the case by arresting Arnab who is at loggerheads with the ruling coalition Government in the State. The same uncouth cabal of Left Liberati’s has not asked to date, why Delhi Police never arrested Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, who is facing the same charge in his wife Sunanda’s mysterious death?
Instead of Siddique Kappan applying for bail, the Journalist Union (KUWJ) was cleverly used to directly petition to Supreme Court on the next day of his arrest on October 6.
The LL mischief
Arnab approached Supreme Court after he lost the petition for interim bail in High Court. But the Leftist crooks are now mixing the cases with delay in getting bail to Naxals, Maoists, and Jihadi elements facing charges of serious offences like rioting, sedition charges. These people are silent about the speedy justice they enjoyed in certain cases. Noted lawyer Prashant Bhushan, who is also part of this cabal also enjoyed such privileges in getting speedy justice from the apex court directly.
On Monday (November 16), a Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice of India S A Bobde expressed displeasure on the direct petition by Kerala-based journalist union to get remedies for a journalist Siddiqe Kappan who is also involved in the activities of a controversial jihadi organization called Popular Front of India (PFI). He was arrested on October 5 by Uttar Pradesh Police along with the other three PFI colleagues and facing charges for UAPA. PGurus had reported the close association of Siddique Kappan with PFI and it is a well-known fact that he was office secretary of PFI in Delhi[1].
Clever or strange? Kappan uses KUWJ for applying for bail
Instead of Siddique Kappan applying for bail, the Journalist Union (KUWJ) was cleverly used to directly petition to Supreme Court on the next day of his arrest on October 6. The apex court rightly told them to approach the High Court first. But to date, they have not done it. Now the Supreme Court has asked a response from Uttar Pradesh Government and posted the case to November 20. Why didn’t Kappan, a known PFI activist not applied for bail for the past 45 days? Why did he not approach the High Court as directed by the apex court on October 6? The Chief Justice also asked lawyer Kapil Sibal as to why he did not approach the High Court…Sibal had no convincing answers. Sibal had earlier represented a ‘Love Jihad’ case supported by PFI and got Rs.77 lakh as fees. This cabal’s lawyers Dushyant Dave got Rs.11 lakhs and Indira Jaising got Rs.4 lakhs from PFI in the case. These fee details were unearthed in the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) probe on PFI. Now in Siddique Kappan’s case, Sibal represents the Journalists’ Union titled KUWJ. So we can assume who is paying Sibal – one of India’s highest-paid lawyers and a former Law Minister[2].
Naxal case not the same as Arnab’s
The uncouth cabals and their cahoots are trying to equate Arnab Goswami’s getting bail with the Naxals like Sudha Bhardwaj, Varavara Rao, Stan Swamy, Gautam Navlakha, etc caught for engineering riots in Pune. These people have no shame in mixing the jailing of Tahir Hussain, Omar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam, etc now in jail for the Delhi Riots. They will try hard, to equate these two but will fail. Expect a lot of noise in the coming days.

For a moment, I thought it was not morally in denying bail for Kappan unlike Arnab. It was my stupidity of not looking at the fundamental difference between these two cases. Thank you so much for shedding light on this subject. Very well done PGURUs… Keep up your good work.
This is extremely dangerous situation as any body in this country are bribing equated with the Terrorists and Criminal. Mr. Goswami is a director of the company which ordered the job to Mr. Naik, there is nothing personal here, however Maharashtra Police could see (with their wide eyes) lot of criminal angle. Moreover, Mr. Goswami followed all the norms of approaching lower court, high court and then approached SC, how this is wrong. The latest reports from NDTV is showing that Arnab got bail as he is a government supporter which proves that they are in the opposition and now they are doing their job which the Congress party is unable to do.
Problem is yes with us. Even after 6yesrs in power, we could not change one word in school books, we could not identify rightist PRs for ministry, we couldn’t control left echo system and strengthen right eco system. It’s rightists fate that regardless of govt in centre, we have to keep on blaming leftists and their eco system.
Actually arnab goswami should be acquitted from this because he is not anvay naik suicide as well according to some sources have said that anvay naik first strangulated his mother and then kill himself. And contract says that arnab paid 90% in advance somewhere near to the 5 crore and only last 10% would have been given after work done, so work was not completed in presence of anvay naik, to pay last 10% that is 83 lakhs.

According to my observations of recent events :
Arnab Goswami touched the nerves of a Network which had a distant (under covers) ‘Boss’ and with tentacles entrenched deep, a vast expanse over decades.
Arnab Goswami took the extra step « offense is the best defense ». He shone the spot-light on the cracks (escape routes for powerful) in the system which allowed the network operators maintain Status-Quo.
Arnab Goswami took upon himself to do the ‘dirty work’ which others avoided. (*)
I feared for his life. I have heard the stories of Bombay to Mumbai rolling on silver-wheels. Now it was live before my eyes, Status Quoists had thrown the sharp, thin edge of their might on his bare neck & wanted to see Arnab disappear.
To counter Leftists, Liberals ; instead of whining, a small step is necessary-« give them back in the same coin & PLUS, bricks for a bat ».
