A passenger flew to Dubai solo on Air India

Is Air India (read Government of India) crazy to fly Dubai with a single passenger on June 23???. A surprising incident happened when Air India decided to fly from Amritsar to Dubai for a Dubai based businessman S P Singh Oberoi. He told news agency ANI that he felt like a Maharaja by flying alone in the Airbus 320 on June 23 at 4 pm at a meagre charge of 750 Dirham (Just Rs. 15,000). He said that initially Air India objected and later permitted by Civil Aviation Ministry led by Minister Hardeep Singh Puri.[1]

Why did the Hardeep Singh Puri-led Civil Aviation Ministry (Read Minister) allow this special favour to a single passenger who paid only 750 Dirham (single-seat fare)? What explanation Mr Minister, do you have for this bizarre incident? Puri was also crying about the huge losses and debts of Air India and allows this utter nonsense? Any reasonable answers Mr Puri?

Here the question is why Air India was forced to operate for this businessman to fly by paying a single-seat fare?

Who is S P Singh Oberoi?

Surinder Pal Singh Oberoi (66) is an Indo-Gulf based businessman and claims to be a philanthropist too. He is a Managing Trustee-Sarbat Da Bhala Trust, President-Asian Gatka Foundation, Chairman-Apex Group Of Companies. He is a Golden Visa holder of UAE too. Hailing from Patiala, Oberoi landed in the Middle East as a mechanic. Later he returned to Dubai in 1993 and started a general trading business and then started Dubai Grand Hotel in 1998. Singh also started Oberoi Properties & Investments.

Oberoi also spoke to Gulf News about the single flying experience in Air India.[2]

Here the question is why Air India was forced to operate for this businessman to fly by paying a single-seat fare? S P Oberoi is rich enough to go to Dubai by taking Chartered Flight. Then why are State resources being plundered? Can the Civil Aviation Minister answer this question? The Nation wants to know.

  1. In order to be on world records in Aviation similar to other 2 foreign airlines get publicity.
They should pay vendors than incur losses at Indians costs.
Who can tell them at AI and moca !
They are the lords in India protected by Govt of India !! God save India god save the Indians 🌹🙏

  2. National carrier Air India lost money on 57 of its 59 international routes in the last fiscal year which ended March 31, 2014. Now losses are to the tune of Rs.66,000 thanks to Congress-I, Praful Patel of NCP and since 2014 June BJP also contributed to losses!

Mukesh Ambai gifted rs.2000 Crores aircraft to his wife as a birthday gift.

For BJP lead NDA this Solo Oberoi’s flying is not even a peanut loss! In fact he maintained world record social distance in the air! His covid appropriate behaviour is appreciated at tax payers cost!!!!Na khavunga na khanedunga ek ek paise byaaj ke saath vasooli karlengay!

Oberoi ji now qualifies for a Padmasri or Padma Vibhushan award sooner than later!

  3. While you attempt to investigate this please try and get the manifest of all PM Modi’s international flights , ( since he became PM)

And why a special plane has been made for his travels ( of course the President is an excuse)

Is there any secret who all are on these flights ?
