Strange but true! Despite the Italian Court judgment stating that 70% bribe amount went to the politicians, none have even been contacted by the CBI!
The Rs.3600 crores-worth AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper scam case is being totally diluted with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filing the first supplementary charge sheet with no politicians. In December 2016, the first charge sheet was made naming the then Indian Air Force Chief S P Tyagi and the main middleman Christian Michel and 10 others. Saturday’s supplementary charge sheet adds 15 more accused persons who were involved in the money trail to the Indian Air Force Officers in the controversial AgustaWestland VVIP choppers scam. Now a total of 27 persons are named as accused. The CBI is expected to add former Defence Secretary and Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Shashi Kant Sharma and senior Indian Air Force officials and Defence Ministry officials after getting Sanction for Prosecution from the Government.
This is a clear dilution of the case as the Italian Judgment and Christian Michel’s letters attached in the Judgment clearly expose the role of Sonia Gandhi and her Political Advisor Ahmed Patel. The ruling party, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) always accused Sonia Gandhi and Ahmed Patel of their role in the AgustaWestland Chopper Scam from 2013. After the Italian Court Judgment came in early 2016, the BJP Government in Parliament attacked Sonia Gandhi. The main speaker was the BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who went on an all-out attack on Sonia Gandhi’s role where 70 percent of the kickback money went to politicians[1].
It is clear as daylight that the CBI has not yet got the political clearance to question the politicians involved in the VVIP Chopper Scam. But why?
But till date, CBI has not even summoned or even sent a questionnaire to Sonia Gandhi or Ahmed Patel. It appears as though the CBI limited its probe only to Defence Ministry officials and IAF officials and the bribe givers to them. As per the kickback sharing chart written by Christian Michel, which is part of the Italian Judgment, it clearly shows that these people got only around 30 percent of the total amount and the remaining 70 percent went to politicians, where Sonia Gandhi’s role is clearly mentioned. The total kickback as per the Judgment is around Rs.500 crores, as per the chart written by Christian Michel. PGurus in April 2016, first published the full Italian Judgment naming Sonia Gandhi, Ahmed Patel[2].
In many election rallies, Prime Minister Narendra Modi boasted the extradition of Christian Michel from Dubai and even said “many are in tension because they don’t know what all Michel will reveal[3].” Why then did CBI, which is under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, not yet questioned any politicians including Sonia Gandhi and Ahmed Patel in the AgustaWestland case, which is a crystal-clear case? Obviously, in such politically sensitive cases, the CBI proceed only after getting the political head’s clearance. Reading the charge sheet, it is clear as daylight that the CBI has not yet got the political clearance to question the politicians involved in the VVIP Chopper Scam. But why?

"Quid pro quo" is an unwritten rule / order in Politics. ie. You take care of my interest when you are in power and I will take care of your interest, when we are in power. Even the Bhishm Pitamah of BJP Shri L K Advani did not conduct any meeting as Ethics Committee Chairman of 16th Lok Sabha during 2014-2019, except constituting a committee of Members and rules of business for proceeding against an erring LS Member. Dr Subramanian Swamy lodged a complaint of Shri Rahul Gandhin holding DUAL CITIZENSHIP of Bharat (India) and UK, which disqualifies him from being a Member of Lok Sabha. It was an open and shut case. Dr Swamy provided ALL THE MATERIAL EVIDENCES and it was not difficult to cross verify with the UK Govt and decide the issue. It would take maximum period of three months to decide that case clearly observing the principles of natural justice by affording required time and opportunity to the accused to prove his bona fide. But nothing of that sort has happened. Same Advaniji when he was Leader of the Opposition in LS changed the first speaker of BJP on UPA Govt's general budget presented by the then FM Shri Pranab Mukherjee from Shri Arun Shourie to Shri Venkaiah Naidu, the present Vice President and Chairman of Rajya Sabha. Congi and BJP are parties made for each other's interest. General public should understand this nitty gritty and play accordingly. All noises of slogans like Naa Kaavungaaa, Naa Khaanadevungaa, Sickular, Communal, Moutkaa Saudaagar, Hitler, Mussolini etc epithets are for just public consumption. Cong's one of the expectation / demand from BJP, is that Dr Subramanian Swamy should not be included in the Union Cabinet, despite Dr Swamy overwhelming merit, experience, aptitude and manifest competence proficiency in Economic affairs [ My strong views that Dr Swamy is Prime Minister material ] which is duly complied with citing the age bar of 75 years to hold any public position/ post, which are neither written in Indian Constitution and / or in BJP Constitution. Personal Avarises and prejudices between our Politicians is grievously hurting our Nations over all development and National security. Unfortunately, RSS is silent on personal animosities in BJP Party hierarchy which is thwarting our over all national interest.

You are wasting your time and energy to demand against politicias who are birds of a feather and flock together.All politicians depend on illegal money if they wish to come or remain in power.They have an unwritten code of conduct which entails FOOL THE VOTERS.They will cry hoarse and blame each other on scams,Benami properties illegal money which finds route to the Political party fund a holy cow which is not subject to any investigations.The mere figure is mind blowing and it keeps on increasing even when there is loss of finance in the Government.

Swamy has failed and used other methods to achieve his goals for instance. Imagine if he had limited himself to letters and requests.
And of course no one would think of questioning HM. That would be a one way ticket to a permanent home - in the skies or down under.

You should seek answers from the PM & HM directly. We have every right to know why CBI is going soft on the main culprits. You should pursue it to its logical conclusion.
