Why is the Health Ministry not constituting a Medical Board to verify the AIIMS report?
It is now 115 days since the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) got full authority from the Supreme Court to probe the mysterious death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput (SSR). After the Bihar election results, for the past 30 days, all the brouhaha over the 34-year-old rising Bollywood actor from Bihar’s mysterious death is going into a deep freezer of silence. The CBI has not yet filed a charge sheet and no media reports on the CBI probe are coming out and All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), U-Turn terming the death as suicide has not been challenged by the Union Health Ministry. The Central Government has not responded to BJP leader Subramanian Swamy’s demand for Union Health Ministry’s Medical Board to examine the doubtful reports of AIIMS Forensic Chief Sudhir Gupta[1].
Election won, case forgotten?
Bihar Government, which challenged the Mumbai Police’s sloppy investigation leading to the CBI registering a First Information Report (FIR) is also silent after the Assembly elections are over in the first week of November. The CBI got full power to probe into the mysterious death after the Supreme Court Judgment on August 19, which has muted itself in the case[2]. In effect, now the Central Government ruled by BJP and supported by it in Bihar has forgotten to deliver justice in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. There was a huge storm in the country when the young hero was found dead on June 14, leading to all kinds of revelations and exposure in the backyard of Mumbai’s movie world and the role of the narcotics trade.
Many in BJP IT Cell paid parrots tried to malign Aditya Thackeray on the Sushant case and one BJP activist Sameet Thakkar faced many weeks of imprisonment. Poor SSR’s death had become a playground for many to play their games.
NCB out of steam
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) which jumped into the case has also lost steam and bail orders of the courts to the main accused Rhea Chakraborthy and her brother show the sloppy case handling of NCB. The NCB which played to the galleries with so many news breaks is now silent while the main investigator CBI keeping quiet. Another agency Enforcement Directorate (ED) which talked about the money laundering angle and huge money transaction also practicing maun vrat. The two warring parties BJP and its rival Maharashtra ruling Shiv Sena who sparred on this mysterious death case are now suddenly searching for their vocal cords.
Mumbai Police busy elsewhere
What about Mumbai Police, which started probing the mysterious death of Sushant’s manager Disha Salian? Many fake YouTubers who floated a lot of theories on this incident and made a lot of money are also not seen after some were jailed by Mumbai Police. One such YouTuber earned Rs.15 lakhs[3]. Act now, CBI!
CBI, the prime agency in the case must remember Justice Hrishikesh Roy’s 35-page Judgment empowering them to probe into Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious death case – “When truth meets sunshine, justice will not prevail on the living alone but after life’s fitful fever, now the departed will also sleep well. Satyameva Jayate.” It is high time CBI filed a charge sheet in the case. Before that, the Union Health Ministry must appoint Medical Board to verify the controversial report of AIIMS.

It is very obvious to the common man that because the Mumbai Police wanted to hide the real truth behind the death of Late Mr.Sushant Singh that they contaminated evidence or al least allowed the contamination. The Mumbai Police were too quick to declare the unnatural death as a suicide.Even Disha Salian’s death has been claimed by the Mumbai Police to be a case of suicide but media reports suggest that something is amiss.
Now that the CBI/NCB/ED have also dragged their feet without disclosing to the nation what they have unearthed the CBI should at least state whether or not circumstantial evidence in their possession indicate that both deaths are not suicides. Keeping silent adds to the shoddiness of the Mumbai Police.
It appears that all political parties do not want the truth to come out because of their own political reasons and all efforts are being made to tire the people out.
CBI, ED, NCB are looking for directions from political bosses on which way to proceed. Now political bosses are busy with new issues like Bihar elections, farmers protest, West Bengal etc.
The problem with training a tiger is once trained to do tricks as directed by its trainer the tiger looses its natural ability to hunt and live.
A police force once politicized cannot be expected to suddenly start thinking independently and solving cases.
In India politicians decide the results and police ensure the evidence matches the final outcome needed. Only a very persistant person if he pursues his case for 10 – 15 years can ensure justice because the political winds would change and the new bosses will stop interfering as they have other things to do.
Justice in Sushant Singh Rajput case will be delivered when everyone else looses interest and has no stack in the final outcome of the case.
When Shiv Sena has ceased to be a political force and BJP has better things to do and a young officer out to prove something is posted to the case and no one bothers what he does and a young judge and a new prosecutor think their careers will start blooming when they solve the case, SSR will have a closure. Until then his sisters, father, friends and fans must have the stamina to pursue and persist.

Answer is straight forward. Truth is very simple. The case was opened by CBI only to win Bihar elections. After enquiry nothing found by the CBI unnatural. Now CBI only wants to wash their hands and run away. They know people will forget things fast. It takes some time. That’s all.
Its a very good summary of everything that has happened (or not happened) in the SSR murder case. I think nothing much would happen as it would be difficult to prove anything, especially because MVA Govt. has used all kinds of legal and illegal methods to coverup this case. The least CBI should do is to declare it a murder investigation.
This is clear murder and we want justice for Sushant Singh Rajput..So please don’t make fool us @CBI..we trust you bcz you are the top agency of India..we know that murder but we don’t sure about murderers name..so your duty is find out to these name.. please 🙏
If it was a suicide, then CBI should indicate as much. File a closing report. It will help bring closure to fans waiting for justice and bring an end to rumour monerging on social media
If such a high profile case for which national and international outrage was expressed on the Bollywood-politician-underworld-drug-police nexus not only by his fans but all justice seekers is forgotten so easily then people will lose hope on the investigating agencies and the Cetral Govt. It is high time justice is delivered and all guilty of omission and commission are punished to provide peace to the departed soul.
Poor late Sushant Singh Rajput and his millions of fans. BJP-Shivsena-NCP-Congress reached the deal. Sorry for the fate of Sushant. Sad for the plight of young 34 year old rising actor.
