Goddess of Justice in blindfold and the scale in her hand always intrigued man

“Blind law” they cry

Justice actually symbolizes that the law is the same for everybody, the law doesn’t recognize anybody except that they are human beings, and that the evidence will be weighed against its opposition. Some also say that it signifies that the punishment is not to exceed the crime. On one side is placed the evidence, on the other side is placed the punishment. That is how equality before law was established, and barbaric punishments were discontinued.

The equality which the philosophers talked of was equality before the law. The leftist thugs corrupted it to the equality of outcomes. And justice died. If the blindfold is removed, the wealth, the power, the birth; all come into play. If men have to be equal in outcome, they can never be equal in law. Law will become arbitrary and capricious, that is, it will become a tyranny. And that is why the ‘left’ rule always ends in tyranny. And tyranny means some are masters and others are slaves.

For a temple, every Hindu has to be equal. And fortunately, it is now an almost universal norm.

Whenever I write that Varna Vyvastha was a mistake and we must forget it and proclaim that all castes are equal, Hindus come out with the arguments, “But men can never be equals.”

Yes, men can never be equals in outcomes. Everywhere they are graded; in schools, in jobs, in every human endeavour. Then why they are said to be equal in law? Because they can be and are equal in law just in society. Because the law is not to grade human beings, but to resolve the disputes between them. Once religion was closely related to education, and so it graded human beings. It graded them in education, and that got corrupted to gradation in society claimed to be supported by religion. That was our fatal mistake. Religion doesn’t have to grade human beings. For a temple, every Hindu has to be equal. And fortunately, it is almost now a universal norm. Our temples accept all of us as equals. Only some nincompoops do not agree with this happy fait accompli. But they will, soon.

In outcome, we will never be equals except in a commie slave camp. In religion we can be, must be, and are fast becoming, equals. Just as in law. Just as in gravity. Same in Sanatan Dharma.

Jai Shri Ram.
