SIR or FCRA: What’s really driving the Opposition protests?
New Delhi is currently witnessing a well-orchestrated ruckus by the INDIA Bloc, ostensibly against the ‘SIR’, but on deeper examination, it is evident that so-called ‘Minorities’ are hyperactive, with the sole objective of dislodging the Modi government. The hidden motive is to sabotage the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2026. Any reason is sufficient to unleash chaos and mayhem in the capital city, but there is a discernible religious tinge in every ruckus, agitation, and dharna by Opposition political parties.
The Indian media, visual and print, especially those owned by followers of Semitic faiths, are on a hyper drive, eulogising one political family of half-foreigners, for the sake of destabilizing the Modi regime. They are blindly against every initiative of the BJP, be it SIR, FCRA 2026, Viksit Bharat Mission, the abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir, and even government appointments! The SIR is also for ensuring that illegal foreign infiltrators, especially Bangladeshis, do not sabotage the electoral process. It is an open secret that Bangladeshis have been packed like sardines in many election constituencies, with the support of one Semitic religion and certain communal political parties controlled by a few families, and are wrecking the genuine democratic process.
Before going into the SIR drama, many recent incidents throw light on the religious obsession of the Opposition parties. Consider the recent violent agitations surrounding the IIT-B copying incident, in which an organization called CJP (Cockroach Janata Party) went on an acrimonious protest, which appeared to be lavishly funded from unknown sources, both foreign and Indian. What is the message going across to employers across the globe – Indian students are incorrigible and want to resort to copying and cheating, even in prestigious institutions like IIT. Which organization will accept an IIT-B degree, which, according to a latest circular, has proposed no immediate action against a student caught copying? This will soon be the norm in every educational institution across the country. Indian degrees will be worthless and not acceptable globally. When Indian students have to compete with highly disciplined students from Singapore, China, and South Korea, here we are promoting religion- and caste-based copying and malpractices. In one regressive step, IIT-B has sounded the death knell of every university and college in India. For the immaturity and incompetence of one student, the axe is going to fall on the entire student community of India. CJP managed to destroy the future of Indian students because caste and religion were paramount in the reckoning of the Opposition parties.
The recent FlyDubai Flight FZ1073 terror incident that took place on September 30, 2026, from Dubai to Tel Aviv suffered an in-flight emergency after an alleged attack by the co-pilot. Indian Captain Smit Machchhar thwarted his co-pilot’s alleged attempt to crash the Tel Aviv-bound flight. While many world leaders were quick to condemn the incident, India’s Opposition parties attracted attention and opprobrium for their total silence, which has been construed as pusillanimity, and rightly so. The fear of annoying the Muslim community was uppermost in the minds of all Indian Opposition parties and politicians, so that they were unable to even praise a pilot who showed remarkable concern for the safety of his passengers. When every action in this world is viewed through the lens of religion by India’s opposition parties, the Indian perspective on international conflicts and terrorism will never merit any consideration by any of the world’s powers. What stand can India’s Opposition parties take in the ongoing Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Yemen, Kuwait, Turkey, Pakistan and USA conflict-chaos? A war among Muslims, and a lone Jewish state, supervised, directed and controlled by a Christian nation. It is the worst nightmare for India’s Opposition caucus; hence they retreat into a cocoon and maintain a rigid silence.
The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) Amendment Bill 2026 has raised the hackles of followers of Semitic religions or desert faiths, which were pioneering paid religious conversions targeting Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains. Plans were also on the anvil to bifurcate India’s North-East to carve out a separate Christian country. The government had to move with alacrity to preserve the country’s unity and territorial integrity by making legal provisions in the FCRA, particularly regarding asset control, executive discretion, and operational freedom. Overlooking the menace of conversions and the ultimate design to dismember the nation, the Opposition parties were mindlessly agitating to withdraw the FCRA amendments. Votes were more important than preserving the safety of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains from foreign conversion marauders.
The state governments that have been passing Anti-conversion laws need to learn from the simple Tribals of Bastar as to how to deal effectively with missionary gangs out to destroy their ancestral faiths. The conversion menace by foreign-funded Kerala missionary gangs in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar and Sukma regions has prompted the innocent tribals to unite to preserve their culture, customs, and traditions. Several village gram sabhas in the Bastar and Sukma regions have passed resolutions and installed hoardings barring Christian pastors, priests, and outsiders, citing fears of forced conversions. Multiple villages in the Bastar region have implemented local bans or restrictions under frameworks like the Panchayat Provisions (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) (PESA) Rules. Resolutions have extended to denying land or access to local graveyards for Christian burials, leading to legal battles and community tensions.
Foreign-funded missionaries are actively supporting the SIR ruckus, as their ultimate aim is the destruction of Sanatana Dharma and dismemberment of Bharat. Former Judge of the Delhi High Court, Justice Shiv Narayan Dhingra, says, “This entire noise is not being made by voters. It is being made by those political parties that could not win the election. If the voter has any grievance, the remedy is there. If your name is not there, you can tell the Election Commission, “I have been wrongly excluded.” There is a remedy available. But condemning SIR itself, saying that SIR should not be there, is only for the purpose of ensuring that the Election Commission should not be allowed to function. SIR is a mandate given to the Election Commission by Parliament that it shall revise the electoral list every 10 years and shall remove the names of dead persons and verify whether the names of new voters have been included…There should be no person who is not a citizen of India having the right to vote. So, these are the mandates given by law to the Election Commission. The Election Commission is following these mandates, and I fail to understand how they can criticise the Election Commission for continuing or conducting SIR”
If there is a difference of opinion among the Election Commission members, are Opposition parties demanding that they should resign? Can there be anything more preposterous? Even Supreme Court judges differ while delivering verdicts; does it mean judges should resign? There is a difference of opinion among members in every institution, political or non-political; does it mean everybody should resign?
The ongoing SIR ruckus being created by the Opposition parties has no other agenda, except reimposing the disastrous Nehru family rule. For this purpose, the family members lie on the roads, jump barricades, grope policewomen, and storm government offices. The people of this nation should be wary of foreign-funded families and their henchmen. U.S. Representative Kay Granger (R-TX) has summarised succinctly, “Foreign aid must be viewed as an investment, not an expense…but when foreign aid is carefully guided and targeted at a specific issue, it can and must be effective.” – (Huffington Post, June 2011).
