The 12-member Santa Clara County Human Rights Commission (SC HRC) meets on Thursday the 29th of April to include caste as a protected category. A hate group has been working with a Commission that has no representation from either the 100-plus Hindu temples or the 400K Hindus who call Santa Clara County their home.
