The prime accused in the Ketan Agarwal murder case allegedly flashed her middle finger at journalists while being escorted by Pune Rural Police
A fresh controversy has surfaced in the sensational Ketan Agarwal murder case after prime accused Siya Goyal allegedly flashed her middle finger at media personnel while being escorted by Pune Rural Police during the investigation.
The incident took place on Wednesday when the 20-year-old was taken to her residence in Pune’s Lulla Nagar as part of the probe. As she left the premises under police escort, Goyal, who had covered her face with a scarf, allegedly made the obscene gesture towards journalists waiting outside. A video of the incident has since gone viral on social media.
Earlier in the day, investigators took Goyal to a spot near a club in Lulla Nagar where, according to police, she and co-accused Chetan Chaudhary had allegedly rehearsed pushing her fiance, realtor Ketan Agarwal, off a cliff at Lohagad Fort before the murder. Police said Goyal identified the location during the visit.

Meanwhile, Pune Rural Police have approached a local court seeking permission to conduct polygraph tests on both Goyal and Chaudhary. The tests can only be conducted after the court records the consent of the accused.
Investigators have also recovered the clothes Goyal allegedly wore on June 18, the day Agarwal died, from her residence. Police said they have collected significant technical and digital evidence, which is currently being analysed as the investigation continues.
