After graduating from IIT, Madras in Mechanical Engineering and completing my Masters at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, I joined Tatas in 1969. After a long stint of over four decades, I retired late 2011 as the CEO & MD of Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., one of the largest Consulting Engineering Companies in India. This company has been a front runner in providing engineering and project management expertise to well over a thousand large projects in diverse sectors of the Indian economy.
