The poor are too desperate to refuse the offer, and the rich are corrupt hollow looters, too guilt-ridden to resist the onslaught.
Therefore India has to be kept poor. To keep it poor, it must be ruled by the Lootians. To be ruled by the Lootians, voices must be created that is taken as an authority by the “IQ=82” crowd hungry for validation of their choice: the Lootians and vote bank managers.
And therefore the prize/award winners surface around elections without fail. And root for the Lootians, again without fail. And for the assorted vote bank managers.
