India has no reason to remain poor: Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said there is no for youthful nation like India to remain poor.

“Such a youthful nation like India cannot lag behind in development,” said Modi, who is on a three-day visit to Britain.

“A country which has the power of youth cannot be stopped,” he said.

Earlier, Cameron and his wife Samantha, dressed in a sari, welcomed Modi as he arrived at Wembley Stadium.
