Court grants temporary relief as investigation into vandalism and alleged firing continues

Educator and YouTuber Khan Sir has received interim protection from arrest from a Patna civil court in connection with a vandalism and firing case linked to his coaching institute, Khan Global Studies (KGS), in Bihar’s capital.

The relief comes amid an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place outside the coaching centre earlier this month. According to police, Khan Sir has been named in an FIR registered in connection with vandalism at the institute.

The case stems from an incident on the night of June 2 when a group of around 15 to 20 individuals allegedly removed posters belonging to the coaching centre and pelted stones at the premises, causing damage and unrest in the area.

Following the incident, police detained two security guards employed at Khan Global Studies for allegedly opening fire during the disturbance. Investigators are examining the circumstances surrounding the alleged firing and the events that led to the confrontation.

Authorities have stated that the probe remains underway, and further action will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.

The interim protection granted by the court provides temporary relief to Khan Sir while legal proceedings continue.
