How is Kerala changing?

Welcome to the Islamic Republic of Kerala”- It could be the billboard greeting travelers who land at the international airports at Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Calicut, and Kannur shortly. This is not fearmongering or crying “wolf” to scare those who visit God’s Own Land”. Kerala is fast becoming a Sharia State thanks to the unprecedented power wielded by various Islamic extremist outfits. Though there is a United Democratic Front government led by Congress leader V D Satheesan at Thiruvananthapuram, the de facto rulers are Jamaat-E-Islami, Popular Front of India and other extremist outfits.

The Independence Day parades held at Thiruvananthapuram and all district headquarters avoided singing Vande Mataram, though the chief secretary had issued a directive that the national song should be sung during the hoisting of the tricolour. According to the Special Branch of police, the national song was not sung as per the directive issued by the head of the Jamaat-e-Islami.

Another controversy had erupted across the state over the Freedom Quiz held for school students of Kasaragod district. One of the questions featured was about the freedom fighter who received maximum punishment from the British. The answer to this question was given as V D Savarkar, and hell broke loose across the state as the CPI-M, Congress and Muslim League saw red at it- an attempt to saffronize education and glorify the RSS[1]. N Samsudheen, Kerala’s Minister for School Education and a hardcore Islamist, has ordered a probe into the issue, and the teacher who set the question was suspended pending investigation. Students owing allegiance to CPI-M, Congress, Muslim League took it out to the streets, though none of them could name the person who received severe punishment from the Britishers.[2]

The Communists, Islamic fundamentalist organizations and the Congress came out with another quiz in which the name of a hitherto unheard Bengali was portrayed as the person who received the most severe punishment for participating in the freedom struggle. The Kerala High Court stayed the suspension order served on the teacher for 30 days as it was argued that the “accused” did not get a chance to express his reasons and logic.

Mohan Kunnummal, vice-chancellor of Kerala University, was insulted in public by SFI activists for participating in a seminar held by the RSS on education in connection with Independence Day. The nation is headed by a Prime Minister who is a pracharak of the Sangh, while the Union Home Minister and Vice President of the country too are dedicated RSS volunteers. The blind hatred for Sangh by these anti-Hindu forces has become irrelevant, and the secular brigade has become a butt of jokes.

It may be worth remembering that M R Ajith Kumar, an IPS officer who was the additional director general of police, was suspended from service for a one-to-one meeting he held with the Sar Karyavah of RSS, Dattatreya Hosabale. It is strange and amusing to note that an IPS officer who is in charge of law and order of the state cannot meet persons of his choice for parleys. RSS is not a banned organization, while no Sangh Parivar activists have been designated as terrorists or extremists.

The Islamic banking system (Shariat Banks) are flourishing across Kerala. The state is on the verge of becoming a Kashmir in South India, and the day is not far away when Hindus would be driven out of the state. If the number of drug seizures is any indication, the Islamists have established a command over the business. They themselves do not use cannabis or MDMA but make the Hindu youth consume the same to convert them into addicts. Interestingly, the media (print as well as electronic) never publish the names of the Islamic drug pushers while they go gaga if a Hindu is caught with the stuff. Popular Front of India may be a banned outfit across India, but in Kerala the organization thrives with the connivance of the media.

Love Jihad, land jihad, bank jihad, films jihad, literary jihad are some of the mafias operating in Kerala. There has been a spurt in the number of novelists, short story writers, and poets/ poetesses hailing from the Muslim community. Whatever they write is rated as world-class literature despite the truth that their works create a nauseating feeling in the mind. Mainstream media vie with one another in publishing the works of these Jihadi elements.

Entrepreneurs planning to invest in Kerala are best advised to get in touch with the Jamaat-e-Islami leaders who have the last word in sanctioning the green signal for the venture. The move to appoint Jamaat-e-Islami leaders in all government departments was a preemptive move by the Islamists. Interestingly, the Muslim League, which had asked for the post of deputy chief minister and a number of ministers in sync with the kind of influence wielded by them are maintaining silence over their demands. When they have the cake and can eat it too, why should they cry for two or three additional portfolios?

Departments of industries, local bodies, public works, fisheries, general education, known as the ATM (Any Time Ministries) of the government, have been hijacked by the Muslim League, and they are getting ready to press for more demands. The top priority is to bifurcate the district of Malappuram into two or three, followed by the creation of Muvattupuzha district.

Chief Minister Satheeshan called on MataAmritanandamayiat her ashram in Kollam district, and he earned the wrath of a member of the council of ministers. K M Shaji, minister for local administration, made it clear without any ambiguity that the Muslim League does not approve of the action of the chief minister calling on living Gods and Goddesses. The Mata has never claimed that she is a living goddess. But the dons of the Muslim League, the Thangals, are different. All Muslim League cadres and leaders pay their obeisance to them, accepting water or talismans presented by the Thangals which they are confident of bringing good luck and fortune.

Let’s forget the term “God’s Own Country” and welcome the “Islamic Republic of Kerala”
