What is the point of the abrogation of Article 370 if Kashmiri Pandits/ Hindus cannot live & breathe safely in Kashmir?

It is foolish that 370 abrogation will end 35 years of terrorist, give govt some more years…… wait for Year 2030 when people will kill terrorist themselves as they prosper on business prosperity
