‘The Kashmir Files’ releases another motion poster of Puneet Issar
After the launch of motion posters of Anupam Kher and Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi, the makers of ‘The Kashmir Files’ have released another motion poster of Puneet Issar, who will be seen essaying the role of DGP Hari Narain.
The film is written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri. The filmmaker has won National Award for best dialogue and screenplay for his film ‘The Tashkent Files’.

Puneet Issar tweeted, “My Ancestors, The Issars was Saraswat Brahmins, who migrated to all parts of India from Kashmir, thousands of years ago. It was a special feeling for me to be a part of Kashmir Files. A film which tells the Truth about the Bloody and Gruesome Genocide of Kashmiri Pandits.”

Another motion picture of actor Mrunal Kulkarni was released by the makers, who plays a housewife in the film. ‘The Kashmir Files’ is based on a true story of the genocide of the Kashmiri Hindus. It portrays their pain, suffering, struggle, and trauma and presents eye-opening facts about democracy, religion, politics, and humanity. The research for the film has been done based on video interviews of the first-generation victims, who had to leave the state in a mass exodus.
The film stars Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi, Puneet Issar, Chinmay Mandlekar and Mrunal Kulkarni.
Produced by Zee Studios and Tej Narayan Agarwal, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi, and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, ‘The Kashmir Files’ is slated to release in theatres on January 26.
