Man urinating on co-passenger
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Friday demanded Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for taking stringent actions against the Air India officials and crew of the flight from the US to Delhi, where a male passenger was accused of urination on an elderly lady passenger in Business Class. The incident happened in the last weeks of November 2022 and Air India reported the incident only 40 days and a few days ago put a flight ban of just 30 days on the accused male passenger Shankar Mishra, who is still evading the Police.
“This ghastly incident is also a matter of concern to all future and potential passengers besides a shock that the incident has been taken in a casual way by the authorities. This matter, therefore, requires your direct interest to be taken at your level and harsh punishment be given that would create a deterrent against any such similar incident taking place in the future.
Need for inquiry against Air India officials
“As of now the action of Air India has been deplorable and widely condemned as inadequate by most people of India. I, therefore, urge you to seek immediate detention of the culprit and also order an inquiry against the officials of Air India who many have taken lightly this incident, and perhaps tried to hush it up as well,” said Subramanian Swamy demanding stern actions from Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.
Accused Shankar Mishra is still at large
Mumbai-based Shankar Mishra is now on the run and Delhi Police registered a case against him two days back. He is India Vice President of a multinational company based in California – Wells Fargo. Today, Wells Fargo terminated him and he has not yet surrendered before the Police.
Delhi Police said while the incident took place on November 26, 2022, Air India informed them about the incident only on December 28. “When we tried to contact the woman asking for her complaint, she stated that she has already given her complaint to Air India and that should be used as her original complaint,” said a Delhi Police officer.[1]

Ram Rajya (justice delivery) in actual practice by BJP & his Aviation Ministry & Supreme Court
If the incident was not reported to Airport Security prior arrival and the victim was not given an alternate seat ( both within the authority of the Captain) but asked to go back to the soiled seat, the Commander must be held accountable, and a swift and firm action must be taken against him just as the action taken by Wells Fargo, the employer of the alleged urinator.
Why this Scindia is hiding now ? Govt or Public should come down on this airborne crook heavily & set a precedence for others if they engage in any misbehavior or shameful acts
