Poorna Pal

Poorna Pal, originally from India and living here in the USA since 1980, is a retired college professor, possesses MSc, MBA and PhD degrees, and has lectures and taught in India, US, UK, Sweden, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, Kuwait and Libya. His professional interests are in Geology, Geophysics, Oceanography and International Business and Finance and has authored/coauthored over 150 research papers on topics in these subjects, including a well-received monograph entitled "Wealth Forever". His most recent teaching assignments were as Professor of Oceanography and International Business at the Glendale Community College, Glendale, California and as Visiting Professor of Finance at the Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria, and his most recent research paper was "Negative Interest Rates' published in the Journal of Risk and Financial Management in June 2020.
