[dropcap color=”#008040″ boxed=”yes” boxed_radius=”8px” class=”” id=””]T[/dropcap]he Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) told the Supreme Court yesterday (April 7/17) that L K Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti had conspired with other accused for demolishing Babri masjid in 1992 and sought the revival of the conspiracy charge against them!! Is the Congress controlling the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)? Or is the Congress still in power? Did lakhs of BJP/ RSS karyakartas work hard to instal a BJP govt at the Centre with Modi at the helm so that Advaniji and other senior leaders are falsely implicated in a criminal case?
Advocate Prashant Bhushan calls Lord Krishna a “legendary eve teaser”. I go to Chembur police station to file an FIR against him under Section 295A of the IPC. The police which is under a BJP govt refuses to do that!!
On the one hand BJP leaders are humiliated and hounded and on the other P.Chidambaram, his illustrious son Karti and entities like NDTV against whom the Income Tax dept and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) have unearthed massive evidence of financial frauds are going scotfree. Dr Subramanian Swamy had written detailed letters to the PM in this regard, but in vain.
Mukesh Ambani’s RIL has been found guilty by the Justice A P Shah panel of stealing Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC)’s gas in the Krishna Godavari (KG) Basin worth $1.50 billion. The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) recently found Reliance guilty of stock market fraud of hundreds of crores. Yet our Mukeshbhai continues to be protected by CRPF commandos! The United Progressive Alliance (UPA) has taken the unprecedented step of providing government security to the controversial businessman and the BJP govt is continuing with it. It may be stated that Mukeshbhai is paying for his security. So will the govt give security cover to Pappu Yadav and Sahara Shri if they are willing to pay for it? Mukeshbhai can afford to pay for the best private security. So why should the govt divert its security personnel for him specially when there are serious charges pending against his companies?
