The United States’ Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has launched a sweeping international operation targeting the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, carrying out coordinated raids at nearly 50 locations across the United States, Canada and Europe in a major crackdown on the transnational criminal syndicate.
Dubbed ‘Operation Hard Ball‘, the operation is being conducted in coordination with multiple international law enforcement agencies and is aimed at dismantling the gang’s overseas network, which investigators believe is involved in organised crime, extortion, contract killings and cross-border criminal activities.
