
FICCI passes resolution against wilful defaulters, will Corporate India clean up its act?
FICCI’s (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) national executive committee passed a resolution against the wilful default on Monday and the cases held of wilful default should be dealt with in a firm manner.
The president of FICCI Harshavardhan Neotia said in a statement that “The rules laid down for ‘wilful default’ should be strictly followed.”
He also said, after passage if the resolution which calls for industry to join hands with banks for evolving workable solutions which are preventive in nature and remedial as well.
