Hindu American Perspective on Mueller Report

Democrats may have to swallow the bitter pill of Mueller probe because it just makes them look weaker in the public eye.

Democrats may have to swallow the bitter pill of Mueller probe because it just makes them look weaker in the public eye.

The $35m report captures lots of conversations but it breaches impartiality and bipartisanship. It looks like a Democrat report out to get Trump.

The result of $35m Taxpayer Money Expenditure, 675 days of Probe, 19 Attorneys who made good money, 500 witnesses who testified, 500 search warrants issued, 230 orders for communication records, 50 order of pen records, 2800 subpoenas – resulted in a nice script for a future Hollywood movie. This report even though authorized by President Trump, had every detail but fails to gather any evidence of any sort of collusion that this probe was mandated for. In totality, this probe was a total waste of taxpayers money. The secondary objective of this report seemed to get over the pain of the loss of 2016 Presidential elections by Democrats. The conspiracy theorists have been emboldened by the probe but their hopes are trashed by the report. Just because Democrat presidential hopefuls, Saudi donors, and other vested interests lost their bid to the most important political position in the world. In the process, Democrats did everything possible to weaken American leadership in the world. All this was done to create trouble in the foolhardy hope of Presidential Impeachment.

Mueller report does capture the extensive use of technology by Russian entities for cyber espionage which can definitely be a script for a Hollywood movie.

At the beginning itself, Page 4 of report categorically states, “The investigation did not identify evidence that any U.S. persons conspired or coordinated with the IRA.” According to the report IRA and GRU carried out the cyber espionage from the beginning of 2014. However, Mueller report fails to identify direct evidence as to why would Russians do that. IRA reached 126 million Americans through its social media campaign according to Facebook and 1.4 m connections through Twitter. GRU released documents from Clinton’s personal server and DNC servers to Wikileaks in 2016. IRA is a Russian organization funded by Yevgeniy Viktorovich Prigozhin and companies he controlled, including Concord Management and Consulting LLC and Concord Catering (collectively “Concord”). Again, Mueller investigation fails to record a direct relationship between Prigozhin and Putin. Sharing a dias at a social event between Putin and Prigozhin cannot be considered harmful unless there is a piece of direct evidence in terms of the transaction. Neither there was any ask or request by anyone from Trump campaign directly or indirectly for data, nor did Russians provided any such document to Trump campaign staffers directly. Mueller confirms that on Page 5 of the report. In 2015, Trump as a private citizen entered into a deal for real estate in Moscow which was way before he even started campaigning to be a Republican presidential nominee. On Page 9 of Mueller report, it is categorically stated, “while the investigation identified numerous links between individuals with ties to the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump Campaign, the evidence was not sufficient to support criminal charges. Among other things, the evidence was not sufficient to charge any Campaign official as an unregistered agent of the Russian government or other Russian principal. And our evidence about the June 9, 2016 meeting and WikiLeaks’s releases of hacked materials was not sufficient to charge a criminal campaign-finance violation. Further, the evidence was not sufficient to charge that any member of the Trump Campaign conspired with representatives of the Russian government to interfere in the 2016 election.” Many Trump campaign officials Michael Flynn, George Papadopoulos, Manafort lied to the investigation in their own personal capacity with no direct link to Trump or his family.

The trial by fake media such as CNN has roused emotions and false hopes of their constituencies without any facts.

Mueller report does capture the extensive use of technology by Russian entities for cyber espionage which can definitely be a script for a Hollywood movie. GRU’s espionage techniques are very common in the intelligence world, nothing remarkable about it. CIA may even have better and more sophisticated techniques. But that’s the nature of all global military powers. It’s very common for them to conduct espionage against each other to gain insight. What better way to influence relations between the two countries than to establish a friendly government! The US has indulged in countless Infowars to establish a friendly regime in other countries. Assuming that the US has lawful rights to conduct espionage against other countries while other countries do not, is not logical. Infowars through social media, interference in elections, is the new reality of international competition. US Elections are of interest to the entire world and every country of the world contacts the Presidential Candidate frontrunners. Even Hillary’s campaign received money from Russian entities which Mueller Report doesn’t cover.

There were some instances where Trump and Trump Junior retweeted some fictitious IRA controlled twitter handles, but how would anyone know who’s who when there are millions of followers? There was almost 3500 fictitious twitter handles used by IRA, how would anyone know who is who. Mueller probe fails to report that this is one of the very common ways to conduct Infowars. This is not something extraordinary. Even the US is engaged in Infowars in other countries. Every intelligence agency of the world conducts Infowars for their national interest. Mueller report assumes that it’s unlawful to conduct espionage against the US, which is a fascist thought. On Page 95, “However, the investigation did not establish that Carter Page coordinated with the Russian government in its efforts to interfere with the 2016 presidential election.” Mueller has indirectly himself acknowledged his failure to record evidence for all that he investigated.

On Page 110 of Volume I, “Russian attorney, Natalia Veselnitskaya, had previously worked for the Russian government claimed that funds derived from illegal activities in Russia were provided to Hillary Clinton and other Democrats. Trump Jr. requested evidence to support those claims, but Veselnitskaya did not provide such information. After the election, Veselnitskaya made additional efforts to follow up on the meeting, but the Trump Transition Team did not engage.” There was no serious attempt to capture evidence on beneficiaries of Democrats. Democrats have been asking for impeachment, which again seems to be a campaign to keep energized their morale after continuous attempts to malign and demoralize Trump administration ended in failure. The trial by fake media such as CNN has roused emotions and false hopes of their constituencies without any facts. To me, it just seems like a fundraising campaign. For national consideration, Democrats may have to swallow the bitter pill of Mueller probe because it just makes them look weaker in the public eye. They may have won in 2018 midterm but they are bound to lose in 2020 over the facts coming out of Mueller probe.

On Page 123, Trump Campaign officials met with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the week of the Republican National Convention. The evidence indicates that those interactions were brief and non-substantive. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him. Why? When there no evidence of Presidential attempts to obstruct Mueller probe, then where is the question of exoneration. Here, it appears that Mueller tries to take a moral high ground over others which again breaches impartiality. What jurisdiction can Mueller have to exonerate or not exonerate the POTUS? Many aspects of observation by Mueller are based on the public interactions of Trump administration. While there may have been a lot of internal dynamics at work inside Trump administration but to deduce that it creates an obstruction in Mueller investigation is considered beyond the mandate of the probe itself. POTUS had all powers to stop the probe but he didn’t. That itself shows that he was confident that his campaign did nothing wrong. And he was correct.

Mueller Investigation fails on the following:

  • Mueller investigation fails to record a direct relationship between Prigozhin and Putin
  • Mueller report fails to identify direct evidence as to why would Russian organization run social media campaign
  • Why would IRA continue to organize rallies even after 2016 Presidential elections?
  • There is no investigation on Natalia Vesniskaya. Whom in democrats did she offer money? Here the Mueller investigation loses its impartiality.
  • Where is the investigation on Bill Browder and Jiff brother and other individuals making political donations to DNC?
  • Many conversations were produced. Where are the direct evidence of impact/deals/ transactions

The $35m report captures lots of conversations but it breaches impartiality and bipartisanship. It looks like a Democrat report out to get Trump. This report has given rise to many conspiracy theories which the report itself claims to have no evidence of. Democrats have given a platform to extreme leftist groups who may hurt their prospects in future elections because the Americans are concerned over the future state of affairs if they are in power. Wishing the very best to our vibrant American Democracy, not ‘Democrazy’.

  1. Dems in the USA are as corrupt as the Indian National Congress/Congress-I/Nehru-Gandhi Dynasty’s private limited party. Instead of investigating Clinton’s mega corruption cases, leftist-liberal media in USA are not allowing Donald Trump to administer the country in a befitting manner. Trump performed too well during every hurdle. In three years Dems reduced US influence on the Globe. In fact US image is waning due to Dems created hurdles and rants day in and day out.

  2. Trump is being attacked, as the Dinars or $$ that finance ISIS, Boko Haram, Al Qaida also are generous donors to Clinton Foundation, some Money laundering business, add to it the insane, unhinged, bloodthirsty evil left deranged loonies (whose real business is Drugs, child pornography and supplying sex slaves and modern day slavery, couched in leftist rants). trump also does not belong to the Super Secret “Skulls & Bones”, Älpha Beta Theta”and other secret societies. AND ABOVE ALL HE DOES NOT BOW TO DIKTATS OF VATICAN
And worst of these rats trying to take over the world, the Rothschilds, Soros, Eric Schmidt etc….
