Convicted police officer Sanjiv Bhatt’s family members including his wife Shweta Bhatt are collecting large sums of money from Kerala based politicians for conducting an appeal in the High Court. Shweta Bhatt has been meeting Kerala’s Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) leaders, Congress and Muslim League leaders for the past two days and in the process of getting a huge amount of money. The irony is that in Kerala, the Opposition, Congress, and Muslim League are running a huge campaign against the custodial tortures of the ruling CPI-M Government.
It is highly shameful that all these parties – CPI-M, Congress and Muslim League – are uniting for supporting and collecting funds for police officer Sanjiv Bhatt convicted for custodial torture, just because of their hatred towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi. How low can these politicians of Kerala stoop to?
For the past two days Sanjiv Bhatt’s wife has been in Kerala and has met Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala and Muslim League leaders and everyone promised her “all help”. What is this “all help”? Collecting money in Kerala for a Gujarat Court based case? Why are Kerala leaders interested in what happens in Gujarat?
Some Kerala leaders belonging to the Muslim League and the Left parties are organising fund collection for convict Sanjiv Bhatt in Gulf countries too. This money collection arranged in Gulf countries must be probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) as this is money laundering, apart from other illegalities. It is learnt that many crooked leaders of Kerala are making a bumper collection in the name of Sanjiv Bhatt illegally and making fortunes. A few Congress leaders from Kerala told PGurus that this money collection effort is being done on the recommendation of Ahmed Patel.
The Union Home Ministry must send an advisory to the Kerala Government to ban the rampant money collection on behalf of convict Sanjiv Bhatt and his wife Shweta Bhatt. It is learned that SDPI and PFI and Jamaat-e-Islami leaders in Kerala and their cohorts in Delhi’s Okhla are also behind this massive illegal collection of money for the unscrupulous police officer Sanjiv Bhatt, convicted for custodial torture and facing trial on kidnapping and planting narcotics.
