So the headlines said. What does the UNICEF report say?
‘Nigeria saw 8.66 lakh deaths and Pakistan 4.09 lakh. UNICEF report says median under-5 mortality rate per 1,000 live births in India is 37, against Nigeria’s 120 & Pakistan’s 69.[1]
It is not that the LeftoChrislami mafia doesn’t know what they are doing. It is that they feel no wrong in lying. The most dangerous person on the earth is the one who loses moral compass or had no chance to develop a moral compass because of the religion/ideology he was born in. No police, no army can create a society. Only morality can. Conversely, once people lose moral compass, no society is possible.

Coming to child mortality, it was same all over the world for millions of years. It first dramatically improved in England in the eighteenth century.
Why? The steam engine and the consequent industrialisation.
In Asia, in 1950, China, South Korea, and Malaysia had worse child mortality rate than India. Now they have the same as in the developed western world, in single or lower double digits. India has 37.
Cause? The difference of industrialisation. These three Asian tigers went for a free market, India went for Nehru and Indira’s socialism. As a result, 750000 children die in India every year who would have survived had India followed the same economic system like China, South Korea, and Malaysia.
