I went through the 104 page document. It is interesting to note that Motilal vora of congress is declaring that it is not possible to recover from AJL the loan of 90.21 Crore. Normally one would write off only after he has exhausted all remedies to recover. So without doing anything he sells ( assigns ) it to YI at a paltry sum of Rs 50 Lacs. Why in this world anyone will take on a loan which is not recoverable. These are intriguing questions. NOW COMES THE DAMAGING PART – THE SAME MOTILAL VORA WHO FROM CONGRESS SIDE SAYING NOT RECOVERABLE BUT THE MOMENT HE COMES TO AJL SIDE, HE SAYS IN THE “NOTES TO ACCOUNTS” THAT AJL SHALL VIABLE SOON. How both are possible ( while repaying loan he is saying not recoverable but when in AJL the same fellow is saying AJL shall become viable ).
Is it important to appreciate the truth in content and exposé of Corruption, money laundering and Hawala or to worry who is the courier?
