In an interesting turn of events, Zee News reports that Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi Wednesday moved the Delhi High Court seeking the transfer of hearing in the National Herald case to the judge who had earlier heard the arguments in the matter at length. The Gandhis would like to have Justice Sunil Gaur (who had been re-assigned by the court administration earlier) to try this case instead of Justice P S Teji.
The case will be coming up in front of Justice P S Teji tomorrow, as reported earlier by us.
