Now film star Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious death case is handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) by Supreme Court on Wednesday. 65 days after his death on June 14, justice has been delivered. This case is a classic case of the Supreme Court’s intervention responding to the mass protests and wide resentment on the dubious style of the probe by Mumbai Police headed by controversial Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh working under Maharashtra’s controversial coalition Government of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress. The apex court and its Justice Hrishikesh Roy deserves credit for this landmark Judgment by leaving the case to CBI, relieving the probe from the clutches of Mumbai Police, which lost all credibility in this case in the eyes of the general public.
These deserve bouquets
Many deserve bouquets and many, brickbats in this case. First is none other BJP leader indefatigable Subramanian Swamy and his legal associate Advocate Ishkaran Bhandari who from the very beginning started questioning the mysterious death of Sushant, demanding CBI probe. Kangana Ranaut deserves praise for taking on Bollywood on behalf of Sushant. Other crucial players in ensuring justice to Sushant were Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Police Chief Gupteshwar Pandey by registering First Information Report and handing over the probe to CBI, which sabotaged the dubious games of Mumbai Police. Obviously Prime Minister Narendra Modi deserves credit for ordering CBI to take up the case from Bihar Police, based on State’s Police request.
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray could have saved face by leaving this case to CBI. But his coalition pressures prevented him as people connected with Bollywood were sitting on his head. Now come to Media.
Brickbats
Maharashtra coalition Government-led by Uddhav Thackeray and controlled by NCP supremo Sharad Pawar and Mumbai Police headed by controversial Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh played all sorts of dubious games. Supreme Court’s Order speaks about the doubts created by Mumbai Police action in blocking Bihar Police. Param Bir Singh is always on the radar of many illegal activities. In fake Hindu Terror case floated by crooked former Home Minister P Chidambaram and uncouth Congress leader Digvijay Singh, the victim Col. Purohit wrote a complaint about how Param Bir Singh and late police office Hemant Karkare tortured him. PGurus published the entire complaint of Col. Purohit in detail which exposes the inhumane nature of Param Bir in torturing a serving Army Officer on a fake case[1].

If BJP Governments in Maharashtra and Centre had taken notice of the 24-page bone-chilling letter by Col. Purohit, Param Bir Singh-kind monster-police officers would have been in jail by now. We all know Param Bir Singh is linked to many uncouth elements in all political parties. But Param Bir Singh’s designs failed before maverick Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey.

Now come to Media. Republic TV and its Editor Arnab Goswami and Times Now and its Editors Rahul Shivshankar and Navika Kumar deserve credit for battling for justice for Sushant. Worst was India Today’s Rajdeep Sardesai who blatantly batted for Mumbai Police. Barkha Dutt also did fraud in planting news on the depression problem in Sushant Singh.
Justice Hrishikesh Roy ends his 35 page Order for CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious death case thus: “When truth meets sunshine, justice will not prevail on the living alone but after Life’s fitful fever, now the departed will also sleep well. Satyameva Jayate.”

Venkat I appreciate your view point but the present law of the land is draconian in favour of mischiefious woman where judges are being understood the truth, unable to go with truth ,result is obvious go against the man & the judges remain silent spectators like ordinary people ,the are handicapped, actually in our system of democracy, ultimate say is number weather it is true or false, therefore nobody dare to stand in favour of fair man against mischeivious woman or 50% of population.Only God can save young man from this desasterious situation.

Behind every successful man there is a woman. True statement. But do not forget that behind every destruction of man, a woman is equally involved. We have legalised ‘ live in relationship ‘ which is against our culture, indirectly encouraging immoral sex. Here is a case where an educated father, mother and brother have encouraged a woman to entertain a man, and is this what we want our children to do ? Here the parents are at fault, manipulating their daughters life.
This episode shows how in the name of modernity we are destroying our society. Man made laws in our country will rarely bring timely justice. Best way is to take precaution , before evil attacks us. I am sure this case will be solved and guilty punished.
This is so right! I am a woman, wife mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, daughter in law, aunt etc for many yrs I’ve have the ability to influence the men in my life. It such a fine line when you have power as a female in the lives of the males around you! I try very hard to put reason and logic with empathy behind every decision I’m asked my opinion in! I see how the wrong thing said or the wrong reaction can turn the lives of the males around me, upside down! Women, use ur influence to better the lives and create happiness and peace of mind in the lives of the males given to you. It is very important to think carefully before acting, may cause disruption or success in ppls lives!
