Isn’t this completely contradictory to what Dr Swamy’s views on Late Sri PV Narasimha Rao ? There are couple of youtube videos where Swamy can be seen saying that then FM ManMohan Singh in 1991 cried to Late PM PVN Rao and that Rao told him to go ahead with reforms, willing to take respon. on his own shoulders if anythin went wrong?
