Ram Janmabhoomi Trust announces date for installation of Bhagwan Shri Ramlalla Sarkar’s idol in Ayodhya
Billions of Hindus wish, carrying forward through generations for more than 600 years is coming to be true on January 22, 2024, the day Prana Pratishtha happens at Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The temple trust invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday. Sarsanghchalak of RSS Mohan Bhagwat and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath will also be present at the Prana Pratishtha of Bhagwan Shri Ramlalla Sarkar in Ayodhya, said the trust – Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a post on X that he is feeling blessed and it is his good fortune that he will be a witness to this historic occasion in his lifetime. “Jai Siyaram! Today is full of emotions for me,” the prime minister said, posting about the invitation to him. He posted a picture of functionaries of the trust, which is presiding over the temple’s construction at the place where devotees believe Lord Ram was born, extending him an invitation.

Later talking to the media, Trust’s General Secretary Champat Rai said he along with temple construction committee chairman Nripendra Misra and Trustees Pejavar Mutt head Swami Vishwaprasanna Teertha and Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

4000 Pujaniya Sant and 2500 eminent citizens will be present at the historic moment of Prana Pratishta of Shri Vigraha of Bhagwan Shri Ramlalla Sarkar at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024, said the Trust, declaring details of the function.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said on Tuesday that the idol of Lord Ram will be installed at the Ayodhya temple on January 22, and asked people to organize programmes at temples across the country to celebrate the occasion.
